I’m genuinely fed up of the number of “convenience” shops that councils are allowing in the same small area.
I don’t mean genuine corner shops or things like Premier, I mean the clearly money laundering fronts, all selling vapes.
Also, barber shops seem to be a new cram them in store too.
Am I missing something ?

I have no time for scummy businesses who think data protection law does not apply.
Smart Home Rentals in Bournemouth, it is not okay to have no unsubscribe link on an automated email.
Nor do you have my consent to my data because you acquired another scummy little agency.
Oh and then telling me I’ve got a sad life when I call to challenge you and ask for my data to be removed.
Instead of deleting my data like I asked the stupid person calls back to tell me they have a right to my data.

Tailscale has worked out really well for me.
I’ve got it setup on my Pi with a subnet router for stuff that can’t run Tailscale easily - like my TrueNAS box.
That way I can access anything on the local subnet when I’m connected to Tailscale on any device
I have with me.

💯 We have firewalls setup with our provider and applied to servers based on their roles.
SSH to any @npub1fdq…p95d infrastructure is only possible via our Tailnet - no SSH exposed to the public internet and only the absolute minimum ports are open on the above firewalls.

I’m a huge believer in safe and appropriate immigration, especially for those fleeing harm.
The majority of people coming on small boats are not themselves problematic.
The issue is the criminal smugglers, charging thousands for unsafe crossings.
We’ve seen French police have no power to intervene, and the UK has no true safe routes in for those in need.
Let’s stop demonising migrants, and start looking at how we have a safe, secure, and easy to access asylum system.
