It's Maōri saying. I don't know if you know who Maōri are. I had a beautiful relationship with Maōri girl yrs ago. That's why I learnt the Maōri language. It's a very easy language to learn tbh. She teaches me heaps about nature and how connected we are with it. We have been separated for a long time. I've learned heaps from her. I'm very thankful to her for everything. Many people already yrs ago told me that I should write a book about my life. I feel safe here thanks to #ZBD. Not like other social media platforms.
I'm thinking about how to write a book in English as my English language is not perfect (fluent). I can write quite well in my native language (I have 2 Master's degrees in Law lol).
But due to what I know about my native country... corruption etc I don't see a point. I'm not safe here tbh. And there are too many ppl who watch after me understanding that I know too much about them. That's why I'm limited to finding a normal job according to my qualifications and experience in this country. My very best wishes to all good people all around the world. 2nd day of 21.
It was a good day. I've accomplished tasks I had for today. It's too late at night here and I won't write much now. I'm doing what I can within my current circle of influence. Mostly focusing on living in the present moment. Not thinking about the past. Not worrying about the future. I'm trying. As memories pop up as well as worries about the future. I'm not making long term plans now. The 21 day challenge is what I want to accomplish now. Today there was a moment when I was smiling for the first time in a long time. I can't explain why. I don't know the reason I smiled.
Nothing extra special happened. I just noticed myself smiling. I was alone like it is lately. Still trying to figure out how to earn money at least to cover my simple living expenses. I have to leave the flat (it's one little room, kitchen and bathroom (WC and shower). I can't afford to pay rent. It's 250€ a month. I will have to find a cheaper place to live for max 150€ a month. If I will be lucky I will find. As it's a little countryside town. I'm not good at writing now as I am tired and need to get sleep. In future I would like to write more about my past life.
I have a good education, had a good career (from society's point of view not mine). I was a criminal defence lawyer for almost 2 decades defending in courts various criminals (it long story). Until I get enemies among them and local corrupted politicians. I survived an attack in 2018. They tried to kill me. Day 1st of 21 days challenge.
Accomplished everything according to plan. Worked on my plan on how to get a more paid job, earn enough money for the future (as I know it'll be good to stay here after summer as I'm alone here and dark autumn and winter time makes me depressed). In the late afternoon I did a solo MuayThai workout (as I can't afford a gym with a heavy bag and other equipment it is 30 EUR a month (if not using a sauna and other extras)without equipment at the nearby lake. Stretching. And approx 1 hour walk in the forest.
I was feeling happy at the end of the day.
Tbh in the evening I got quite stressed as I started to think again about my current life and financial situation (I'm eating once a day lately... dinner. I prepare it myself. In the morning and during the day I drink a lot of green tea). That's my short story about today. I want to follow my new daily routine as I'm sure it will improve my mental, physical etc wellbeing and who knows maybe a miracle will happen and I will find a better paid job. Starting a New Daily Routine for the Next 21 Days: A Challenge to Overcome My Current Life Situation
I have decided to embark on a new daily routine for the next 21 days, which I hope will help me overcome my current life situation. My primary focus will be on clearing my mind of unnecessary thoughts, overthinking, and worries, as well as addressing financial difficulties. Only time will tell if this new routine will bring positive results.
As I've mentioned before, I need to find a way to improve my current life situation and earn enough money to move away from this place. Despite being 55, I still have dreams and goals that I aim to achieve.
If anyone has advice on how to earn approximately 500-600 EUR per month using #ZBD, I would greatly appreciate it. I wish everyone a good and meaningful day.

I don't want to stay and die here alone as a stone. I don't have family, kids. My last few true friends passed away. I do need to move away from here. To move forward. But I have to earn enough money for this.

Remembering times when I was happy. I do admit all my mistakes. I was successful from society's point of view. But being too long in the environment I was before was against my heart or inner true self. I was earning money neglecting true relationship with woman I was together. It was my fault. As a result I lost everything. I don't blame anyone. It was my responsibility. Family is more important than everything. I do regret I don't have kids. Being poor changes/affects your mindset. I'm struggling heaps. I know I'm different as I was born and raised in ex-USSR. I am struggling and praying for miracle. I don't have a clue who reads that. I'm just writing in my imperfect English.

As I'm alone there'll be no support from outside. The situation is quite miserable. Grateful that I am alive.
Time for change. Country is poor. The majority of ppl I meet are poor. Need massive changes in life. Have to earn at least 500€ to be able to move out of there. I earn 2.5 € in hour. That's hardly covers simple living costs.

Day 4.
Need to get out of this small country side town. Too many months in this place. Restarted to train myself solo. Never imagined before I won't be able to afford 60€ a month for training in gym (MuayThai). The ppl here mostly are poor I'm one of them since December last year. Working simple job. Have to make massive changes taking a risk. Financial situation doesn't allow to move forward. Need to figure out how. Need a plan. Tbh trying but mind feels stuck and can't plan accordingly. Being totally alone for months has consequences.

Day 2. It was ok Friday. I feel nicely tired tonight. Not as stressful as last days. Tomorrow will have to work in forest. To cut trees. It's physically demanding work but I like to be in nature. In fresh air. Quite wild nature. At least I will earn a bit. Not much but I will be able to buy some food. Hopefully it won't be raining tomorrow. I'm quite pissed off of so many people talking that sooner or later there will be war in Baltic countries as Russia won't stop with Ukraine..
I wish I could have a possibility to earn enough money and move away from Europe. Tbh I even praying for miracle. I'm restarting training myself solo as I don't have enough money to pay for gym it costs 60€ a month. When Im training I feel myself in present moment. And very peaceful and more confident. Thank you so very much. I was not ok latest months due to my health. I'm getting better step by step. Tbh I was in quite deep depression this time. I was also shocked that the last few ppl I had good relationship have in country I live passed away. So I met my 55th birthday alone. I wasn't celebrating. I had weird feeling. I don't know how to explain more deeply as my English isn't good enough. My father passed away when he was 56. Yup, I'm alone irl already long months. It's very different when you don't have ppl irl to talk with. Sometimes it's feeling that mind goes crazy. It's difficult to explain. I I'm step by step getting my health back. I was on bed almost 3 months due to health. I do need to sort out my life situation in nearest months. To start physical activities, training step by step. I'm in difficulties to find job in Latvia due to my age. They say I'm too old. It's stressful tbh. If you can advice some way how to earn money online I would be very thankful. I'm not a beggar. I want and do need a possibility to earn at least 1300€ a month during summer months and till the end of the year. Then I will be able to relocate. I'm sorry for such a reply. After a long time of not being ok I'm taking my 1st 36 days challenge to write something like short diary and or reflections of the day of what I accomplished, how I'm doing etc. I will be honest about my life. I was facing deep depression last months. I live alone very simple life. I'm from Baltic states. I'm struggling for life. As I don't have family kids due to my past mistakes. I've seen a thing or two in my life. I was very close to give this winter many times. I'm 55 yrs old, poor, having health issues. I was oriented on career and neglected family importance. I was postponing it thinking I need to earn money at first. Result was I've earned money but then lost it due to corruption in the country I'm from. I believe in #Bitcoin. I don't want to give up. I'm not familiar with #nostr yet. Due to my health now every day counts. Yesterday was a day I first felt calm after long months. What will be will be. There's birth and death. Life is short. Money is very essential but from my experience it doesn't bring happiness however it's important to have at least some #freedom. I will try to stack sats. Any support will be appreciated. That idea was on my mind already time ago. I'm back to it again. It was good Sunday. There's already a bit of snow as temperature is going below zero degrees Celsius at nights.
In countryside I'm living now roads are covered with black ice ( I don't know if you know what it means tbh).
I'm running again every single day. On the weekdays in the morning 10-15km. After running usual routine is #MuayThai solo workout outside in the nature, then at home stretching etc. Afterwards work whole day. At the evening again #MuayThai but indoors again solo training as there's no #MuayThai gym. At least I have heavy bag. Haven't been training with other #MuayThai practitioners already for months as there is no one who practise martial arts. I guess people think I am a bit crazy as I'm not communicating much asI don't have common interests with people here, not using alcohol etc. just living alone as I don't have family, kids, relatives and my few true friends passed away yrs ago. I hope one day I will be able to afford (I'm too poor to afford it now)to move away from here. My today's run below. I understand it's not smart post. Just talking myself out a bit. What else...

The #photography taken in January 2020 before all that nightmare with pandemic restrictions started. I enjoyed just being nearby that river. I had plans then with respect next years. They were cancelled due to restrictions by local government. I've sent through these times alone. It wasn't possible to train #martialarts as before. Because we weren't aloud to gather in groups as before. I'm writing in mistaken English. I understand that. Is it ok if I will write something like diary or reflections on my life here. To avoid any misunderstandings on #nostr I want you to know:
I'm not #SatoshiNakamoto and I didn't invented #Bitcoin. I'm trying to joke... when I am far from smiling myself.
I have my own story absolutely not related to #BTC. I stuck sats for my dream. At the same time I am not living with my head in the clouds.
I understand it'll be difficult to achieve it. And I don't know if it will happen. But it makes sense for me to live. It's goal in my bio not just dream. We all are afraid of something. Until it happens. It is a lie when someone says I'm not afraid of anything. The saying "You have to face your fears" sounds banal. People tell that very often. We hear it a lot. In reality the meaning of this saying is much more deeper than cheap motivational quote.

I need to find the way out of poverty.

This photo I took at the times of Pandemic. It's in small Baltic country - Latvia. It was like nightmare when I remember all the brainwashing and restrictions we had. I spent this time alone. I don't have family, kids. My few true friends passed away early. I'm used to be and live alone. I started to recover from depression only in summer 2022. Alone. Just started running like Forest Gump without purpose every single day. My home country is part of EU now. I feel like a lost generation. I was born when we were part of Soviet Union. We are so different from people who are so called GenZ now. Part of EU ... poorest countries as all ex-USSR countries. I don't see bright future. I don't know why I am writing all that.
