Norton Utilities had really neat command-line tools. Their text-mode window library was much nicer than the typical block ones used by many tools. And they did something funky with the mouse.
At the time I suspected they were dynamically modifying some little-used ASCII characters to display a mouse cursor that looked like a graphical mouse. Maybe 4 ASCII characters, and then drawing the mouse over text. This is the only way I can think they could show a "graphical" mouse while running in text mode. #DOS

For the Y2K, we weren't allowed to change any of the original code running on the AS/400. That code was always off-limit, and had existed since the 1970s as far as I know.
We created an intermediate tool that would look at transactions going into and out of the database.
When data was coming out, we'd convert the dates to 4-digit years. Then when data was going in, we'd convert 4-digit years back to 2-digit years.
I have no idea if 26 years later that is still in place. I suspect so. But the thought that banks will authorize AI and "vibe coding" to magically replace all this off-limit code running on the back end is hard to believe.

(My vote is the many 3x repeated sequences in listA is not random, but I'm not dedicated enough to pull out a die and record 100 rolls to see if that is likely to happen a bunch of times.)

Darknet/YOLO is free and open-source software. Apache 2 license. Free in every sense of the word.
On the support discord for Darknet/YOLO, we get about 3 people per week who post asking to get hired. They want us to hire them to work on stuff, and they *never* have experience with Darknet/YOLO.

These people who call themselves "senior developers" who spam discord channels obviously don't understand how open-source software works. And I have 4 decades of experience writing, debugging, and maintaining software; if these goals were as simple as you claim, I would have already done them. #FLOSS #Darknet #YOLO
