Ha! Ha! I was being a tease. I think tisane is another word to describe herbal remedies? More akin to a tea but not a tea.

I'm hoping they'll let me sleep too, but the truth is, I will be made to walk about 3 hours after the op to help with circulation and blood clots.

Here in QC the older generation seem to be confused by women with short hair as the number of times I have been mistaken for a guy is hilarious.
Most young women here have long hair you see so very few individuals outside certain circles

I don't understand why kids have to be quiet? It's beyond me where this notion came from. We were never quiet as kids, and I don't remember kids ever being quiet or so-called well behaved. By who's standards?
We weren't riotous, but definitely boisterous and no one complained to my parents. It's just what kids did when I was growing up.

Sorry you didn't have a happy childhood. But safe is better than not.
I guess when it comes down to it, times are bound to change based on what our childhoods were like, just how we bring up our own kids, and whether or not we care.

Not many of us ever carry cash anymore. We do everything on our phones. However, I always have a coin purse and have carried one for a long time. Just for these kind of things, but also, toilets. Who wants to be caught short because you don't have real money?
Anyway, don't feel so bad. My mum use to carry snack bars for various reasons. These always went down well with the homeless.

Well, that sucks. It must be something different to the allergens they're checking for.
But you need to take into account whether you live in a busy city, how many trees there are (their pollen is getting more virulent apparently) as there are so many other factors involved in a histamine reaction.

Men very rarely if ever apologise, and only if they've been caught out and embarrassed. Women always feel compelled to apologise even when no apology is necessary. I am sure there are many reasons for this.
Break yourself of the habit and only use that apology when absolutely necessary.

The doctors, family doctors, are no better here. Especially when it comes to women's health. Everyone seems to be so dismissive.
Change your doctor. Ask for a woman. Insist on a woman.
