I've been trying to add a greater variety of grains to my diet. Yesterday I made this beef barley soup recipe. It was delicious! I subsituted a sweet potato for the Yukon gold. I went light on the actual beef, a little heavy on the herbs, but forgot the Worcestershire sauce. Excited to see the forecast has several days coming up when the lows will be under 70F. That means I'll be able to get out and hike in the mornings before the temps get insufferable for me. I've been trying for months to get a referral for autism evaluation but it seems none of the few places here that do that can fit me in. Nevertheless, I've taken basically all the standard tests found on https://embrace-autism.com/ and they all return scores that indicate 80-90% likely autistic. If I never get the diagnosis I'm satisfied that I'm almost certainly #ActuallyAutistc and this explains a hell of a lot in my life. Most of it not good, I'm afraid. It's been a hard time.

I recall these so-called, self-styled "Constitutional sheriffs" have often stated they will not abide by various laws.
