sadly, I think my days of running alpine are coming to an end. GNOME without systemd is becoming harder, so I think it's time to give in and use a distro that "just works".
I think I will switch to Fedora or postmarketOS duranium if it's ready by then

Currently I don’t think applications expose text to the compositor so that the text can be saved as part of the screenshot but I believe the new access kit backend in @npub1avt…pehd might be a stepping stone to that.
I believe storing text that is contained in screenshots is already done on platforms such as iOS, where when I search for some text, it will show up all the photos that had that text in them. Maybe that work could be integrated in GNOME

I have made the sad decision to stop working on Muzika (https://github.com/vixalien/muzika) and the related muse (https://github.com/vixalien/muse) projects.
Firstly, Muzika is a YouTube Music client and I don't like the decision the service has been making these days like incessant price hikes¹ and YouTube removing OAuth² support, effectively burying 3rd party clients like these. I also need to commit more time to myself and school, which Muzika has been stealing from me.

hmm wouldn't it be better if the search bar (or more accurately the filter bar) be put into the second pane so that there's not a huge headerbar going across 2 panes?
