Who else is going? npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Got a chicken on sale yesterday, so dinner tonight! Turned out much much better than my previous one. Although a little overcooked npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I ran at 9:30 last night, after sunset, and it was 85 degrees. Genuine hate. Hopefully by the time Cincinnati Bitcoin’s next social rolls around Sept. 17 we’ll have cooled off. Last year they had a smoked octoberfest that made my pumpkin spice white girl soul so full. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Educational session, so we’re learning about them. I’m unfamiliar with them so I’m excited to learn more. I know basically nothing about them today npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I don’t frequent the farmer’s market, but snagged an ancestral blend of ground bison with heart and liver npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal @nprofile…5wk6 thank you for the boost! This will help with pizza next Wednesday npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Instagram keeps tagging my stuff as AI content. It is not just AI assisted or adjusted, but entirely AI, is the claim. I’d like to see AI take like four hours to use AI for these posts. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I played an Orange for the first time at church a few weeks ago. Okay a strat so I go through the tweed Blues Jr. usually. The Orange sounded great. Still prefer Fender, but I liked it npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I am once again asking you to join Cincinnati Bitcoin this Saturday for a social! npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I recommended to one friend. Told him I’m sorry this week. He said, “dude, everyone recommended it.” npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Absolutely hate this. While I make my own Caesar dressing, I have a bottle of Primal Kitchen just in case, and I switched to Chosen brand mayo a year ago. Also occasionally bought Kettle avocado oil chips. I mostly cook with tallow, but it just sucks to have spent more money on products that turned out to be scams. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I’m generally French press and pour over. Should I do aero press? npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal The bees, wasps and hornets too npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Cincinnati Bitcoin is doing a special weekend social Aug. 22 instead of the usual third Thursday. Come up for air after a rough few weeks and just hang npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Where is the red team fund to donate? npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Had to remove a couple coups after about 5 hours since it was getting pretty high. Smells good! Will save this, either to add later if the batch is really strong or just cook with it on its own npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Chicken bone broth on the way A little full, yes. I roasted the bones this time so we’ll see how that goes. I started making broth last winter. Last batch was way too diluted with water, so I have a lot more bones and just tried to cover them this time. Will push to fully submerge when veggies underneath collapse a bit. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal This was a very helpful overview of Bitcoin technicals. We probably need to start including things like this in early Bitcoin education npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal @npub120r…x44g any plans for a desktop app? Some roasted chicken and more bone broth on the way! npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal 🧐 npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal ChatGPT handled the question just fine. Not sure if it’s the model or what, but it seems to be pretty cucked frequently npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Welcome to the party ⛏️🟠 npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal On the list to try! npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Tried 30-second flips for the cast iron cook tonight on this ribeye. Crust was not great, but turned out perfectly medium rare. My thermometer has a tough time on things like steak, so was kind of guessing. But best steak I’ve cooked at home. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I just spent time posting Cincinnati Bitcoin meetups on @nprofile…ej99' website and then learning about other nostr clients it posted to. To be honest, very unfamiliar with nostr the protocol. I got a ChatGPT subscription last spring when I was consistently running into message/photo limits. I was asking a lot of questions about home projects. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal This is like the QR code comeback during covid npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I posted this November 2022 at the absolute bottom. Even if we’re not at the bottom quite yet, today has felt the same. And I’m still here smirking. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Modernity kinda sucks fr npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I am so sick of living at the behest of Boomers who love Donald Trump and Israel more than their children. They have done everything they can to siphon value from the world and destroy their children’s inheritance. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Is Bitcast on Spotify or Fountain? It’s not in the BTC Sessions feed. Have enjoyed it but can’t always do YouTube. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Bike escort for the Flying Pig Half Marathon this morning. I was with the top males (floated between 3-5) so it was early and peaceful. A lot of spectators weren’t out yet, so it was like getting a private tour through the city. It was darn near perfect weather for runners, but a bit cold for cyclists! npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I’ve missed this Saylor. I watched a 2020 interview of his last week and it reminded me of the excitement and well-roundedness of this man. Digital credit is fascinating, but I would much much rather listen to him riff on Rothbard. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal I don’t think we get our bull run til it’s clear why bitcoin crashed. We were able to piece together the story in real time in 2022. We’ve gotten weak and sparse speculation since this began in October. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal What are you making me npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Baby’s first tallow render. This was with one mesh filter pass. The third jar was cloudy with sediment as I was getting to the end of the slow cooker, but all in all it turned clean and smells pretty neutral. This was with beef kidney fat, which is the good stuff to use for tallow. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Girls: only 20 people wished me happy birthday!! 😢☹️ npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal 4/15 npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal It’s not a presentation without memes npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Still have to wait for boomers to fade off, and it’ll get worse over that time npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Okay you win 😅 npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal RC Sproul content on Nostr 🙌🏻 npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Good morning. I don’t want to be a part of that npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Dogs being good pets is quite possibly the biggest psyop in human history npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal Well off my PR, but it was my best half in a decade. I’ve been doing long distance triathlons for a while, so it was nice just to get out and run without being in survival mode. For a season that was more just consistent running than hardcore training, very pleased with the day and executing against plan. npub1avlfy74e7pmhtc2wxjnp5v5ag59jmz6jkaeurkaqgp9segw97s9qycq6k3 clayjseal While it’s well off my PR, 1:50 is my best half marathon in a decade.
