Dear community:
We are building La Coca, a quiet mountain refuge in Colombia’s coffee region.
It is a personal project created for people who value silence, nature, simple living and meaningful conversations.
La Coca is near Circasia and Salento, surrounded by forest, birds and coffee farms. It has space for up to seven guests, a large terrace and a wood-fired kitchen.
Bitcoiners are welcome, and we happily accept Bitcoin.
This project means a lot to us, and we are happy to finally share it here.

I try not to label people as bad or evil; I think it’s more a matter of ignorance. Some are further along in their journey, while others still have much to learn, but we are all on a path of growth and doing the best we can.

🧡 A tip that meant more than money
Last Monday, I received a very generous tip.
Years ago, I would’ve just smiled and thought:
“Nice – some extra money.”
But now, after falling down the Bitcoin rabbit hole, I see it differently.
It’s not “just money.”
It’s someone’s time.
Someone’s energy.
A part of their life they chose to share with me.
That realization makes it so much more valuable.
Not because the amount changed –
But because I did! 🧡

As a mother of four, I’ve often felt judged for not having a “real” job — for letting my CV gather dust. But it’s because of my role as a housewife and mother — a role I love — that I stumbled into the Bitcoin rabbit hole.
Folding laundry, cleaning the house, and caring for my family gave me the mental space and time to learn — through podcasts, YouTube videos, and amazing people I met along the way!
