Hay opciones privadas e inbloqueables como por ejemplo SimpleX, que además es mucho mejor que Telegram porque no requiere un número de teléfono.

Estas tomando un tipo de cambio incorrecto. 1 EUR equivale a 623 ARS en el cambio libre al qué puede acceder cualquier persona. El tipo de cambio "oficial" es una herramienta del gobierno para robarle. Los exportadores argentinos ya que los obliga a recibir pesos en vez de moneda extranjera y les paga ese tipo de cambio más bajo.
