additional problem I have: I need a new phone, my current one is just not working anymore and unusable and I was looking into pixels for months now and kind of was eyeing the pixel 11 but as it is not supported by grapheneos and less secure and also more expensive I guess I am going to grab a pixel 10 **but** that has just really fucking shit value bought new, not to mention anymore that it seems like they are not produced anymore/not getting new stock in Germany so the only things left are shady ish sellers and really atrocious prices. So I guess I will be falling back to a refurbed device for a price I am more ready to pay but it still feels like a rip off but *points at memory prices* what else is new...

*grumbles* turns out grapheneos will most-likely not support the pixel 11 series because of some security feature google left out which means now that I - who wanted to purchase a 10 or 11 pixel but looking at prices was eyeing a 11 cause that is literally the better deal here - am now most likely going to buy a 10 pro 256GB for not much under the price of a 11 pro 256GB
a) fucking hell I hate memory prices
b) fucking hell I hate google
c) I am mad at people who decide at the smallest disagreement with a product/or practice/decision/etc. to just nuke the whole thing

yeaaah it is them being assholes again - and sadly there is no real alternative for grapheneos atm that gives one the same level of security... which is also the reason this probably won't stop me from getting a pixel as my next phone (my current one is basically self destructing hard and software wise after almost 6 years) and throw graphene on there. As long as I am not paying for it it probably does not go beyond my border of killing a software in my life.
Mullvad on the other hand will be thrown out of my repertoire as soon as I have a good alternative and actually the time to switch it out everywhere...

but in general especially the lead of grapheneos has always been lets say a bit problematic, and unfriendly and very much "our opinion matters more than yours" whilst the actual community is a lot nice and diverse...

okay fedi I have a problem. a big fucking problem and I need help.
Yesterday I arrived in Prague with EC 274 and when I got off the train I forgot to check if my camera bag was still there / take it with me. There is a possibility that it was stolen but the highest probability is that I simply forgot to take it with me.
I have already contacted the CD hotline twice, was at the lost & found desk today morning and nobody has seen my camera bag nor the camera itself.
Is there anything I should think of or that I should check, should fill out or do in general in this case that I haven't done already?
**Description of the bag:**
all in black, the bag, the camera & the lens, the bag also contains 3 sd-cards in total (one in the camera), 3 batteries in total (one in camera), the lens has a lens hood that is removable, there are 3 caps - one lens cap for the front and one for the back and one for the sensor/camera and a white microfiber cloth. The camera is a Sony a6400, the lens a Sony E f/3.5-5.6 18-55mm OSS and the bag has the Sony logo half torn off. Both the the camera and the bag have neck/shoulder straps.

also the cops switched to digital radio (I think it is TETRA) so tuning in is not that easy actually.
Also because of §89 TKG it is illegal to listen to *any* radio communication/frequenies that you re not allowed to transmit on / that are not intended for you. An example would be the airband: In Germany it is a crime to listen to it when you are not actively taking part in air traffic.

[this is it](https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/legal/terms/firefox/#you-give-mozilla-certain-rights-and-permissions ). Move away from vanilla Firefox **NOW**!
use alternatives like [Librewolf](https://librewolf.net ), @npub1h7x…29mp, [Waterfox](https://www.waterfox.net ) or any other Firefox-based browser like that.
Additionally go and support @npub1nvf…cpws, they are building a new web browser engine from scratch.
fuck you [@mozilla](https://mozilla.social/@mozilla ) (dead account) for destroying the only good left in your company & foundation

Then you could try to just install @npub1kwa…e0nj, to give your current phone new life energy instead of buying a new device

Sooo uhhh hey fedi...
What if I was looking for a ThinkPad (I am not because money, but I am interested), which one would you recommend? / What should I look for?
Edit: I am not looking at the shiny new ones with basically no I/O, but rather at the older-ish ones with a three number model name like Txxx or Xxxx...
Edit 2: I am just looking at ThinkPads to eventually just have a ThinkPad. I am not looking for a new main machine, just a silly side project.
