if i may- i am a nerd when it comes to federal Indian law- the pleadings werent questioning Tribal members US citizenship today. They were citing an 1884 case (Elk) that doesn’t even support their argument because the 1884 case was about someone born in a sovereign nation (a reservation). The problem with their argument is banking on the court not knowing tribes are sovereign nations nor how citizenship for tribal members today is different than it was in 1884.

go get ‘em!!! I have seen people say these protests arent legit but i am at a loss for what the point would be of doing that. Mass arrests? They already do that. Non lethal lethal weapons? Nothing new. Facial recognition? I hope the turnout is huge nationally. We the people are sick of the billionaire class buying our government and creating conflict among us to keep us divided.

man, fuck zionists. I had followed a Palestinian farmer in Gaza as he grew food in the middle of a genocide ( Yousef Abu Rabee). Israel bombed his fields but he didnt give up. Then Israel killed him. Colonizers want to starve the indigenous people. Just like the buffalo slaughters of the 1800’s.

have you ever tried using corn as your grain? I grow dent corn, nixtamalize it, grind it on a metate, make tortillas and tamales. Grow my own beans, garlic, onion, tomatoes, peppers…. Tacos 100% from my garden! Realistically though, if i had to grow all of my own food, i just don’t have access to enough land to do so. Im sure most people are in this boat.
