The judge has stated that while what he did does not meet the New York legal definition of rape, what he did was rape by commonly understood meanings of the word, so I'd guess they thought that covered them.

My dad got a copy on floppy disk from a guy at work. He also used the office photocopier to make a copy of the manual on A4 paper so we can pass the copy protection challenge. Today's was Page 6, Paragraph 3, Line 1, Word 2.
