you make some good points. I would be carrying this almost exclusively when I'm traveling for work, so only need to defend myself. I would absolutely consider a revolver. It's for self defense, not home defense and if I can't defend myself with 6 shots, I deserve what is coming for me.
But now that I've been putting some thought into it, I might want something that can stop a big cat. We have Cougars out here and my youngest wants to start hiking.

we have 3 neighbors with kids. 2 of them let their kids out unsupervised all the time. We all know each other and they know we will lookout for their kids. Sometimes one of the days, who is maybe 80 years old, goes with them when they go catch frogs in the pond. But they are outside all summer log, riding bikes and playing.

I don't quite know what to think of the kid that drown himself in the hot tub. He didn't really go anywhere else, or did he? Is there some way that our spirit can stay here on earth or maybe there is a spirit realm that looks like earth? The other kids said they could still see him and communicate with him telepathically.

I've been diving back into NDE and I'm convinced that there are many places our spirit goes after death. I pray to Jesus as my lord and savior, so I'm hoping to be worthy of heaven. But after listening and reading about hundreds of NDE, I think that non believers go someplace other than hell. I don't think it's one or the other.

it's been going on ever since people stopped getting extra unemployment benefits after covid ended. There are supposedly more repos than they can collect. I watched a video probably 3 years ago from some repo guy in Vegas who bought a secondary lot to store cars that was twice the size of his currently lot.

the "homeless crisis" in WA state is a huge grift. In 2023, King County (where Seattle is) spent $123M to combat homelessness, and 1 uear later that resulted in 134 less people on the streets.
Most of these people are drug addicts or crazy. But our government gives them all sorts of free stuff and doesn't hassle them over using drugs on the streets. So they come from all over the usa to live in their cars or tents.

for starship, you'll want to go to South Padre Island. My in laws live there and they love it!
While in Austin, try to get tickets to Rogan's comedy club, The Mothership. We went to a show called Bottom of the Barrel. The audience writes down a funny premise and the prices of paper all go into a small barrel and comedians pull a premise and talk about it, to see if they can make it funny.
Rogan pulled my friend's and we got to Chay with him for a couple of minutes! It was a blast!

I love it! I've been learning Spanish and based on my daughter's Spanish homework, I'm somewhere between and 2nd and 3rd year high school Spanish student.
Duo is very vocabulary heavy. I was able to have remedial communication with the lady who owed the condo we rented in Barcelona. She spoke almost no English but we were able to go thru the home and I understood what she wanted me to know about the place.

I have a dumbass libtard friend who moved to OK a couple of years ago. Super small town, rhe wanted a hobby farm.
Now all of these changes are happening and they are freaking out. Mainly because their oldest daughter is some alternate pronoun situation.

Seattle is lost. The problem the citizens have are all of the ballots associated with homeless. The homeless willingly vote for the most far left person. The ballots are mailed to a homeless shelter, most likely signed and then sold blank.
If we had in person voting, those people couldn't make it to the polls because they are on drugs.
