Rube Goldberg lives!
I like the stock Hario Mugen, but unmodified it seems wasteful to look at the 25 grams when it finishes 😬
(glad to see this modification using only 15 grams for the same amount of water!)
* only other thing about Mugen is it seems to leave a lot of flavor "on the table" compared to Aeropress ... but it is more forgiving of minor changes in water temp, finer grind, pour speed, week old beans, etc)

early on for a late-2014 MBP, I had 4 different MVMe adapters that "sometimes" worked with "a few" different models of certain brands ... and 4 different spare drives laying around.
* that was a LOT of trial and error combos, just to save $450 over crazy Apple markups
** second worst part was having to go back 3 versions of OSX for it to be recognized; then update it back -- all to have enough storage to add a PC partition 🙄
