I think of it similarly to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. As your financial standing begins to solidify your ability to secure the base of the pyramid, it allows you to take on stress in a different way.
The issue I think you are driving towards is that without purpose, financial stability will still feel empty and meaningless.

Ordinals and inscriptions are a clever use of the protocol. We should be applauding the innovation and interest in testing the limits of what most deem an archaic blockchain.
As far as I can see, nothing about them creates an attack vector in the way people have been portraying.
Besides, the ordinals concept has likely already been created by chainal companies, it was inevitable.

This is wrong. Inscriptions are more costly than a simple financial transaction. If the blocks fill up, then inscriptions will cost far more and are likely to subside.
