farming in what sense? Just curious. Iceland probably isn’t a big exporter of meat or milk products right? On the politics… we are just so used to the absolute shitshow we have in the US that it’s easy to gloss over or forget that everywhere else, EU included, has their own internal crap to deal with.

from the outside, the ease of travel/work among member states seems (individually) rad, I can see how that might be scary for a country trying to preserve its culture. And I wonder how much of the EU internal politics gets railroaded by the larger member states… that’s probably concerning for a small country too.

we caught it at the theater on Monroe by Piedmont Park and there was a surprise Q & A after (maybe before? I forget) with the guy who was in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and played a couple of the monsters in the movie. It was neat. Jeez, that was 20 years ago I think.

they are not an opposition party, they serve capital too… maybe in a slightly gentler way, but ultimately they don’t do anything different at all unless FORCED. The whole damn thing needs to go.i don’t dislike AOC/Bernie but they’re not a solution at all.
