I don't type the proper way, so those don't work for me. (I actually type relatively fast, but it's not touch-typing, and I don't always use the correct finger for the correct keys. Sometimes I'll use different fingers for the same key depending on what word I'm typing.)
As for a mouse, try a vertical one. I just have a cheap-ish one from scamazon and it feels great. (One day I'm going to try this program and script p mentioned once to try to turn a joystick into a mouse, see how that feels.)

A poll someone posted on fedi a while ago got me thinking, why is "Are you in a relationship?" such a common small talk suject?
Like, in just about every job I've had as an adult, people are always asking if I'm married. It bothers me way more than it should, I admit.
First, it's like if you're unemployed and someone asks you where you work. Chances are, they're not meaning to call you out and shame you for it, but the resulting feeling is the same. In fact, I've heard that, in some countries, it's considered impolite to ask someone where they work, for just that very reason.
Second, I'm not always completely sure that there's not some malicious intent behind it. More often than not, it's a woman asking me that. Bitch, I ain't wearing a Halloween mask, you're looking at the same person any other woman has ever seen. I guarantee you that no one asking that would give me the time of day were they to meet me on the street, let alone go to dinner and a movie with me. Yet they'll sit there and look at me with a straight face and ask me if I'm married. What the actual fuck? :akko_angrywhat:
