Chain-agnostic zaps (CAIP-358): get zapped in sBTC — or any on-chain asset — with no Lightning and no zap server.
The serverless piece is a signed kind:10021 advertisement: you list the assets + addresses you accept. The sender pushes the payment on-chain, publishes a kind:9735 receipt, and anyone verifies it against your signed ad + the chain. A passkey-only npub can receive zaps with no backend at all. Building it into passnokkel for the hackathon.
Genuinely asking the room: what can go wrong? Footguns I'm chewing on —
• on-chain PUSH permanently links sender↔recipient addresses (sharper privacy leak than a LN zap)
• address spoofing if a client trusts anything but the signed 10021
• finality / reorgs before a receipt should be trusted
• replay (orderId), wrong-chain accept entries, dust
