Last Notes npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin I doubt it. I don't think anyone other than me in my social circle has stopped flying due to climate change npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin Just doing some research for my email to #PensionBee about the greenwashing on their "climate" fund. How you can say Microsoft is "committed to reducing their carbon footprint" when they are building an 8-gigawatt natural gas microgrid in West Virginia to power an AI campus, which will boost their annual emissions by 40%, is beyond me! 🤷♀️ #ClimateCrisis npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin Had an AI related work interaction that has made me incredibly cross, resulting in the cooker now being cleaner than it has been in years (and I'm still fuming 😠) npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin it's interesting that she doesn't actually mention the climate! (I'm over the moon that she won and it's great that the greens are championing all these issues too, which are all related, but I hope the climate doesn't get forgotten) npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin I had to look into this about 10 months ago, and bought a Canon i-SENSYS LBP122dw Wireless Laser Printer (for £130). It's been trouble free - definitely recommend laser if you only print black and white. I wish I could find the spreadsheet where I compared options at the time but sadly not, sorry! npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin It's blimmin lovely in North Wales today 🤩 #Chwarel #GogleddCymru #NorthWales npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin Further gardening fails: most of my courgettes are doing this. The fat end just gets fatter and the thin end rots. More stressed plants? Not sure what I'm doing differently this year 😢 #gardening #GardeningFail npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin or we've just been tricked into buying/owning too much "stuff"? And then don't know how to dispose of it without feeling guilty npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin this is an interesting read relating to your points (I've disabled the AI summary on google search because I really don't want to use LLM for searching!) npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin The view on my lunchtime walk from the office today. Can't complain 😊 npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin Aurora! Barely visible to the naked eye, just a hint of pink. Clever camera. #aurora npub1e8rdg03zlwrhqd4tlz7rtazwqy8ttpjzaglza9q79v5jq9tp5z4qmupphf Tamsin That was nice 😊 (escaped for a night with my son)
