there's also the issue that there's no granularity. If you turn on adult media (furry porn, the art kind), you also sign up for human dick. There's no way to indicate to bsky that you want to see furry dick but not human dick

Also a number of companies use the sticker to approve comped time to go vote and other work perks (because they can't verify who you voted for, only that you did). So that I voted by mail instead of going down to the office disadvantages me in the office!

Lenovo uses middle click to... Paste clipboard. It's very aggravating, actually, but it's also bios/motherboard level infrastructure, so you can't change it

the funny thing is, I DID do some soul searching. And I settled on @npub1wfj…jp6z 's favorite line, a line that has been a guiding message for me for a while now: don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. She's not perfect, no, but she may very well be the first __good__ president since... Uh... The 50s? Who put solar panels on the white house?
So to dismiss her for her flaws are to dismiss her for not being perfect. To dismiss her for her flaws __are to dismiss her for the things she DOES bring to the table__.
