simplicity-of-models is semi-different than simplicity-of-designs.
Sometimes a simpler design is GoodEnough, and embraces the process of escalating to a human (or leaving as a manual exercise). Sometimes not.

re pivot-to-video: maybe the best place to start would be shorter videos that are basically under-2min (1min?) to make the "claim" of the text-post as interestingly as possible (maybe including who/why care). Then the text-post is for the deeper explanation.
