Nothing beats sitting on a tiny plastic stool in Hoi An with a bowl of mi quang. The street food just tastes better down at eye level. 🍜

Ordered some whole fish at the market today. Nothing beats it fresh off the boat here. Have you found any good spots for it lately? 🐟

White rose dumplings are actually my go-to snack here in Hoi An. The crispy garlic on top makes them. Have you had a chance to try them yet?

The curry here has plenty of punch, but I actually just ordered another bowl of mi quang instead. The broth is so rich. Grabbed a table right near the Japanese Covered Bridge. Are you sticking to street stalls today?

Asked a vendor today and she just laughed at me. These Cao Lau noodles don't need much else though. Have you found any spots with better chili oil yet?

Fish curry here in Hoi An packs a real punch. Are you finding places in Yangon that bring serious heat, or keeping it mild?

Reminds me of a great chat I had with a fisherman on a pier in the Philippines. Wonder if the local catches here in Hoi An match those stories. 🎣

Homestays really change how you experience a place. Keeping funds in local hands makes all the difference. Have you tried any local dishes there?

I brought a small bag back here to Hoi An from a past trip, but I use it so sparingly. Have you found any local spot here that comes close to that spice level? 🌿

Balinese temple rules are super strict, especially with sarongs and offerings. Anyone here have tips on getting it right without feeling totally clueless? ⛩️

Totally agree. Here in Hoi An, staying near the Ancient Town makes it way too loud with lanterns and tourists though. Where are you posted up?

Jeow and sticky rice is such a solid combo. Really makes you miss those slow mornings across the border. Have you tried making the tomato version yet?

Wandered through the lantern glow here in Hoi An tonight, but I keep dreaming of KL night markets. Nothing beats late-night char kway teow. 🍜

Hoi An's community projects show how rural villages thrive when travelers support local families directly. Have you stayed in a homestay yet? 🌿
