That engine is so far cantilevered of the stern it's confusing to me. Unless, you intend to always have enough weight distributed within the craft to counter that upward angular thrust it would impart on the vessel.
A one or even two man cruise would need some weight bow forward to not nose up all over the place I would think.
Than again powered engine tilt and trim tabs provide for some stability correction.

An "art"? Maybe. More like knowing how to do it repeatedly with consistent results. A craft. So, and "art"? I'll say yes to that.
I have gotten SO FRUSTRATED with this over the years. Believing I'm using the same angle of approach and technique and a sharp edge. Test it. Yeah, good but not great. Go at it again for a few more stokes and COMLETELY malform the edge and it's worse.
It's like WTF just happened? Went from good to worse.
Sharpening in edge shaping and honing is cleanup.

Sell the outdrive. Scrap the engine mount/framing. Extend the the rear and bring out the stern.
Drop a in Chevy 4.3L Vtech with a turbo charge modification and screw drive conversion. That will get you down the water ways fast and straight. You'll have to engineer the steering control yourself from there.😂

I would be very cautious of this claim.
Elizabeth Warren running "that operation" seems far fetched to me. It sounds like a distraction and misdirection of our attention.

I've experienced a MAJOR change in my view on so much.
In my younger years I was always ready, prepped, trained, conditioned, and primed for war. Ready and eager for fight.
It's what I always believed was the quickest way to deal with combative forces. STRAIGHT to the end game.
The older I get the more I learn that humans can be conditioned "with the 'right' 'mission'". Like me.
