I am trying to use feminine words for things, rather than masculine words. e.g. rather than “the grandfather of all these tools”, I'm switching to “the grandmother of all these tools”.
I know many are trying to avoid using gendered/masculine terms. I'm intentionally gendering female.

The surgery was 4 months ago. Most of the scars are pretty well hidden. Just bad luck that is one “migrated” a bit outwards, and then sorta the 2 edges didn't fully merge together. So i've a patch of deep red “skin”

It's definitely a scar. It was actually part of the regular scar, but just this bit is high up, and has sorta “opened” (well it didn't open, more like the 2 side skin bits didn't join together).
The rec came not from a pregnant person, but a trans woman who also had bottom surgery

Nach meinem GaOP, meisten die Narben sind OK, aber eins ist groß und sichtbar. Es ist fast auf meinem Bein. Ich will es behandeln. Eine trans Frau empfahl Hagebuttenöl.

After my bottom surgery, most of the scars seem fine, but I've got on that's kinda big and on the side and sorta moved outward a bit. I'd like it gone. Another trans woman recommended this.
Has anyone used rosehip oil? I see it in pregnancy skin care products.

(in Germany they do bottom surgery in 2 operations. The big one (2 wks in hospital), and 6 mo later a smaller corrective op. I had 1st one a few months ago. Time to finish the job!)
