Avoid vendor lock-in and strengthen digital sovereignty
Many organisations today are dependent on individual software providers.
What may seem convenient at first glance leads to a dead end in the long run: proprietary solutions make it difficult to switch, lock in data and jeopardise independence.
Open source creates freedom: open standards and transparency ensure long-term control and flexibility – both economically and technologically.
