It's now been almost a week since moving to @npub1sv0…rq9x and I'm pleased I did. We're just home users, but with two full-on nerds we needed to move an IPv4 /29 and ideally something larger than an IPv6 /64. We got a v4 /32 and /29 and a v6 /48 to exceed our minimum requirements. They were assigned before service started which allowed us to do preparation in advance of the switch over to minimise downtime, with a quick email to support.
It's refreshing to see such transparency, too. You can see all the things you'd want to see about the other end of your connection, so if there was a problem chances are you can sort it out for yourself. If not, with the contact I've had with support for the addresses, I'm confident they'd understand it and work with us for a fast solution.
I was going to say it's like how Internet services used to be in the 90s and early 2000s, just routing packets and it works. But it isn't, it's more: you get to see the bits at the other side you always wanted to (or at least I did!).
