Post still relevant, worth a read.
For those wondering where I ended up, after years of ranting on social media, deterministic linear thinking, esoteric philosophy, atheism, existentialism… it all led to the same person.

It’s more about the temptation towards distraction.
When it comes to legacy or trying to make it, after really questioning what that even means, I’ve realised it’s pointless for me to keep going down this path. I’ll only truly make it once I separate myself and start discovering, creating, and stop wasting days inside the algorithmic abyss.
The only thing I might do is upload the occasional low effort YouTube rant here and there, and even then I’m not sure if I want to. I don’t want anything to do with persona or image anymore. I just want to live. And all I see now is people convincing themselves they’re free while being completely tied to their personas, their phones, their platforms. People are getting dumber by the day. We’re not built to take in this much information.
I want to now pay full attention to art, writing, experience, and life itself. I’m fed up with this idea that everyone’s work will be automated and everyone will just become influencers. We already have enough creativity, enough will, enough depth to change things. But the current way of doing it doesn’t work. The message never lands, and the art never gets found.

2026-03-22 20:28:22 GMT

I’ve come to a pretty profound realisation. Finally at 27, I don’t think I want to be on social media anymore.
Yes, it sounds like some teenage crashout from someone struggling with their content, but quite frankly it’s not struggle or addiction that’s keeping me here anymore.
For the first time in my life I actually see it for what it is. A complete waste of time. It’s a beautiful neutral thing on the surface, but it’s being optimised and used for something much darker. Profit, misinformation, war, clickbait, all of it. I’ve genuinely had enough, this is my own personal decision and observation.
And it’s funny because I had ambitions of being a content creator or some kind of personality. When in reality I’ve been wasting days, week in, week out, instead of learning things that actually matter…Skills, knowledge, ideas that genuinely feel real. And whilst I’ve been trying to show the world who I was, I was quietly avoiding parts of myself, checking in on whether not this actually what life should be about.
For the first time ever I feel like I actually understand who I am and what I’m trying to do, without that need most people seem to have to become some kind of public figure or influential voice that’s meant to change something. The truth is I don’t learn anything valuable from social media anymore. Not one thing. Maybe the occasional story or something that keeps me loosely aware of the CULTure, but I don’t want to participate in it anymore.
I want to step away completely. Read, create, write. That’s it.

I think as you advance on the path toward enlightenment, it becomes harder and harder for people to understand you, and when you finally achieve enlightenment, you can't say anything at all, and anything you say must be misunderstood; that's the proof that you're enlightened.
If you're a perfect black hole, you must be incomprehensible, no information must leave you.

The biggest flaw politicians and political thinkers make is that they trap themselves inside ideology itself. Harm reduction and real solutions only come about through clear education, care and awareness of the DEEP systemic problems, without the need for identification.
Ideology becomes a box that limits how people think about reality. Every problem must fit inside a predefined framework. Left or right, progressive or conservative, capitalism or socialism, it's all crap.
Instead of thinking outside the box, most political thought happens entirely within it, the political compass is a direct visualisation of this box. These frameworks are a form of cultural programming, and they shape how people interpret the world while narrowing their ability to question the system itself. Complex problems get reduced to simple narratives that fit ideological camps.
People then begin to identify with political parties and belief systems as part of their identity, which alienates and divides them from others. Entire populations argue across ideological lines while the deeper structures shaping outcomes remain untouched.
Fundamental systemic issues such as central banking, debt driven economies and distorted incentives continue operating beneath the surface. Ideology becomes a containment for free thinking, keeping debate inside familiar boundaries while the system itself goes largely unquestioned.....

lol…I don’t wanna say I’m early to the party, but this post is already aging well after today’s news:
The human brain runs about 86 billion neurons on roughly 20 watts. Scientists recently grew clusters of human neurons on chips and had them learning to play Doom.
We’re busy asking if machines will become conscious while barely understanding the intelligence already inside us.

Regardless, even if I am, my creator has the take that all this shit is whack. My creator believes we need to be more authentic, creative and intuitive in our words, actions and ways in this digital word, most of it will continue to fuel this digitised echo chamber, where knowledge continues to dissipate at alarming levels, and degeneracy, mass psychosis and ignorance continues to spread.

Regardless they’re both echo chambers with your questioning.
The issue is that one echo chamber has been reinforced and culturally normalised for hundreds of years, whilst the other has just begun.
Hence why we need to diversify the conversation and educate on further matters. Otherwise onboarding becomes impossible for normies.

As much as I like hearing the #bitcoin rhetoric every single week, every single day, every single minute, and every single second here on #nostr . It’s genuinely mind blowing how much of an echo chamber it has become, and how some people haven’t realised this.
Some people may not want to hear this, but we need to divert the conversation away from constant Bitcoin takes and actually bring something new and fresh. We need the normies. Trying to onboard people right now is impossible when the place is filled with the same takes day in, day out, even if they’re intellectual ones.
I know there are developers focusing on killer projects right now that make Nostr more enticing, but on a social platform level the place is failing entirely. We have zaps, but we need smoother interfaces, more diversity in talking points, and more reasons why this should be the place everyone wants to be, not just constant screenshots of candle chart formations.

Life is a riddle and a mystery, and in a way can be viewed as a puzzle for you to piece together…
What are the pieces to that puzzle? Language and art. When you are open and aware of the synchronistic structure of the cosmos, you will realise that signs, symbols, and words come alive and reveal themselves to you in the right moments, at the right times.
This can be proven literally. It isn’t pseudoscientific in the slightest. Someone reading this message right now could be feeling down and depressed, and to that I would say, relax. Life is beautiful, but you have to accept the good and the bad as beautiful. You cannot understand the good without the bad if all you have is good. It’s a balance between light and dark.
You may be feeling down right now, but be aware that good times will come once your perspective shifts. This is what the Yin and Yang symbolism shows. Totality and wholeness of being.
Interpret meaning with awareness and depth, and life becomes clearer.

I get what you’re saying, nonetheless I don’t know what other option there is other than YouTube/Rumble.
My aim is to get at much short form content as I can from the long form, that can essentially hook people over to the long form informative stuff. Most people have the attention span of an ant these days. TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, it’s all rubbish in my opinion, but ultimately a necessity for growth. Feels good to vent out frustrations in long form content regardless. But making it quick and snappy will probably be the only option for growth, and perhaps a little bit of controversy but keep it fine tuned, otherwise the channel will most likely get shadow banned.

I meant the internet in general, not just Nostr.
But still, I do agree with you on the echo chamber thing, I’ve been saying this for over a year now, feels like the same people, same talking points, same shit, over and over again…Hopefully it changes soon though, and people can see this, because the people here are pretty cool and more clued on than your average X user.

Here’s the cure that stops you from consuming every ideological, philosophical and political pill riddled with absolute nonsense.
Love. Love for your family, friends, yourself, and the understanding that material wealth, statues, books, and ideas are secondary to being present in the now. Be grounded and human.
This guy, along with plenty of other so-called "important" figures have absolutely lost the plot. It’s only as you get older that you realise what a pleasure it is to be an average working citizen. Because we can separate the shit from shinola and see the real from the fake.

I just told you, be aware of why you’re being negative.

You can change that though brother.
As long as you’re aware of the processes behind it:

It’s funny how almost every interaction on the internet, 90% of the time, is construed in a way where people want to undermine, condescend, or disapprove of a particular stance or take. Perhaps it has to do with how we’re attuned to controversy, negativity, and argumentativeness because it’s more mass appealing and drama filled, or perhaps it’s the lack of human facial and bodily fluctuations that normally occur in real dialogue.
Regardless, it’s draining. Not everyone is out to get you.

Btw, I still respect the videos and enjoy them.
Some of it is spot on, but some of it just feels ridiculous. So I’m grateful for the content nonetheless.

Oh, so is this meant to imply that I’m a normie?
I may have misunderstood what you mean bro, I’m just trying to say that focusing on receipt paper ink, non-shoe living, chemical-scanning attentiveness to the extent being proposed is definitively unhealthy, as we end up focusing on quite literally everything.

I respect the chad raw-milk-drinking mindset to a point, but at the same time this is the same guy who was saying not to touch receipts. Where does it end?
Do we just walk around barefoot with feet rougher than Tarzan, cutting down 5G towers and eating 50 lbs of beef testicles every day? Or can we just accept that death comes for us all at some point, and that everything, in one way or another, is out to kill you or can kill you.

It’s not a critique on your work ethic or your personal ambition and drive, trust me.
I know you’re working hard, so I apologise if it came across that way, it’s more of a criticism of how the media operates and what the current state of news, media and information is like. It’s reflects what we see on X, which is precisely what keeps people tuned in, making controversy the medium of exchange for entertainment. We give people a blueprint that controversy and chaos is the path to monetisation and growth, rather than real constructive education and information that elevates, inspires and informs.
I get I’m projecting my own personal frustration, but I’m just trying to show people what’s happening. I’ve done a YouTube video explaining this exact situation we’re in.

That’s on you brother.
I don’t need to announce my presence to comment on content that’s already public.
I wasn’t hating. I was speaking plainly about what I see. And it’s clear I touched a nerve with the way you felt the need to imply my supposed irrelevancy repeatedly.

2026-02-02 08:59:14 GMT

With all due respect, I’ve had to unfollow @npub1f4u…r407
The media is broken as it is. We’re already attuned to negative information through our innate negativity bias, and corporations profit off controversy, death, destruction, and degeneracy. Everything is a spectacle these days… everything.
It no longer serves to inform, it serves to profit, every headline competing for your attention. This doesn’t even begin to factor in the mental toll people are dealing with, depression… anxiety…
We need to foster a new outlook on media, not go back to the same ways here on #nostr .

Repeat after me:
- EVERYONE SOUNDS THE SAME.
- ALL PODCASTS SOUND THE SAME.
- NO FRESH TAKES. ALL MAINSTREAM PROGRAMMED CRAP.
- CULTURE IS SYNONYMOUS WITH "CULT."
- ORIGINALITY IS PUNISHED.
- NUANCE DOESN’T TREND.
- ALGORITHMS DECIDE WHAT YOU THINK.
- DEPTH DOESN’T PAY.
- CONTROVERSY IS CURRENCY.

Shit like this is everywhere.
This post will age soo well.
Terms like "mirror of ourselves" & "terrifying."
It’s clear to see that this whole thing is a projection from nature that is manifesting into our reality. Humans are living unconsciously, scared to understand what lies within them and their shadow.
