i'm no fan of khrushkev. but if you're talking about sexual rights specifically, he did reverse much of the stalin-era social conservativism (the economic "reforms" were obviously cancer)

Tsarist Russia had many laws regulating sexual morality, including laws against prostitution. In 1917 the soviets got rid of them all.

Mostly no, tho there was a partial rollback. The USSR was the first nation in the europe to legalize abortion on demand, but that did not last. Most of the sexual morality laws never returned tho. The ones which did were often much, much more lenient than before. And much of stalinism was reversed during the khrushkev thaw

>Technocracy is the science of social engineering, the scientific oper-
ation of the entire social mechanism to produce and distribute goods and
services to the entire population of this continent. For the first time in
human history it will be done as a scientific, technical engineering problem.
There will be no place for Politics or Politicians, Finance or Financeers,
Rackets or Racketeers.
>Technocracy states that this method of operating the social mechanism of the North American Continent is now mandatory because we have
passed from a state of actual scarcity into the present status of potential
abundance in which we are now held to an artificial scarcity forced upon
us in order to continue a Price System which can distribute goods only by
means of a medium of exchange. Technocracy states that price and
abundance are incompatible; the greater the abundance the smaller the
price. In a real abundance there can be no price at all. Only by abandoning the interfering price control and substituting a scientific method of
production and distribution can an abundance be achieved. Technocracy
will distribute by means of a certificate of distribution available to every
citizen from birth to death.
>The Technate will encompass the entire American Continent from
Panama to the North Pole because the natural resources and the natural
boundaries of this area make it an independent, self-sustaining geographical unit. Technocracy's blueprints have been designed for this continent
and for no other. It is an American Plan for the American continent, No
imported political philosophies including Democracy are in any way applicable.

2025-02-04 05:46:40 GMT

- reply

It 100% is. I'll put it this way: she assaulted me in broad daylight, and pulled a knife (shut the door and bolted before she could use it, but still), police officer arrived at the scene, and it was me that was arrested, not her. Couldn't find any evidence that I did anything illegal, or that I hurt her in any way. Only thing I did "wrong" was sleep with someone she did not approve. Earlier you said it was enslavement for a married woman to be divorced ("cut off from money") as a result of cheating on their husband. Why is physical assault (arguably attempted murder) acceptable when the person trying to "find true love" is a man?

2025-02-04 05:33:20 GMT

I did leave after that. That was my apartment, but I was eventually able to get it back and change the locks. I don't think there was anything wrong with what I did, nor did faculty cus countless calls and prob hundreds of thousands in expensive lawyers (on her part) wasn't enough to get me expelled. I think all things considered I was courteous and extremely respectful, if she were a guy I'd have knocked her teeth in the moment she tried to lay her hands on me, but instead I didn't even raise my arms.

Avoiding the fight is the better option, because while you will still get arrested, there's no law against being hit by a woman, only for striking back. Obviously, this wont save you from jail, but it will save you from prison. >i did state my idea isn't moral but overall based on objective facts on what is currently possible, the current system does not allow women and other marginalized groups to have a functional job without being low on their wages so they resort to sex work as there are countless studies which do prove it
Yes this is definitely true. Basically all the folx I know who have done sex work did it because conventional side hustles weren't enough to make ends meet. I actually am going to be in a living situation that probably qualifies sex work, cus rent in some cities is simply impossible.
>I also put forth the source which argued that such sex workers are blacklisted by companies and by societal norms as their brand would be at stake for hiring employees afflicted with sex work, but you believe that I take a moral stance on this despite the arguments being far away from morals and more strictly towards documenting the abusive practices of such jobs

Yes, close to nobody actually dies from syphillis, even untreated. It's usually opportunistic fungal infections, tho there are a small number of documented cases where syphilis was the direct cause of death. Untreated syphilis is more like leperosy than anything else: won't kill you, but if untreated, might progress to the point where u wish u were dead (in the era where treatments for advanced syphilis did not yet exist)

In third world countries its curable too, its just that ur less likely to see a doctor. Pennicilin is on the WHO's list of essential medicines. Any doctor will have it, problem in 3rd world countries is that you might not see a doctor

2025-02-03 18:22:58 GMT

- reply

Syphilis is a problem of the past, gonnorhea is a problem today, but not a serious one. It's rarely life threatening, and antibiotics can easily cure it without complications. The main problem is that people are too embarassed about having it to tell a doctor. It's in a similar category as strep throat or a UTI, but with more social stigma.

2025-02-03 18:16:36 GMT

Lol at syphilis especially tho, cus its famous for being extremely vulnerable to antibiotics, even by STD standards. Gonnarhea might inconvenience you before u see a doctor and finish the pills that make it go away. With syphilis, if you get it (probably from sex with animals, its rare in humans outside of 3rd world countries), doc will probably know before u do, it takes a very long time to develop symptoms.

- reply

And since the discovery of pennicilin, syphilis has become a nonissue outside of like subsaharan africa because pennicilin is literally all it takes to cure it. Syphillis is a very slow and weak disease, so only way it'd get anywhere close to stage 3 is if you literally have not seen a doctor in decades. Every doctor knows it, cus while disfiguring if left untreated, pennicilin is basically a magic cure against it, the flu is much harder to treat.

Tip related to this, if a hag ever attacks you, do not get the police involved, under any circumstances. Obviously do not defend yourself in any way, including blocking or disarming. If she is unarmed, ignore her and slowly walk away. The more you let things escalate, the more likely she is to hit your ribcage and bruise her fists. If she has a knife, just run, unless police are at the scene in which case just stay calm and plead the 5th. Afterwards, cut off all contact, if she did it once, she'll prob do it again. Document everything she sends, but do not respond, the best case scenario is if she forgets about you completely.
If you need medical treatment but it is NOT AN EMERGENCY, wait a couple days and opt for urgent care instead of hospital/ER. If it IS AN EMERGENCY, go to the hospital right away, risking an arrest is far better than risking your life. When talking to medical professionals, don't say that your gf attacked you, say that it was a bar fight (or say nothing at all). That way, even if you are accused later, its hard to prove that a fight happened (unless you actually struck back, in which case you're fucked). Even if she injures herself, police can easily tell that the wounds are self inflicted, so they probably won't be convinced.
The more time passes since the incident, the safer you are, but remember that when a woman attacks a man, standard guidelines are to assume that the man did SOMETHING to deserve it, so at best you're a scumbag whose behavior is not yet punishable by law.

you're assuming a lot of things that are literally not true tho. I'm not the biggest fan of marriage, but I'll put it this way, my aunt got pregnant in 8th grade. She actually has a graduate degree now, this would have been much harder as a single mom.
