I believe what we will find out is that the forearm shot and one of the chest shots are one in the same. That as she was turning her car, her arm went to the high side of the steering wheel and caught one of the bullets that ended up in her chest. I would guess that this is the bullet that was seen to have gone through her front window. The shot to the side of her head was directly at her head. He knew EXACTLY what he was doing. I saw the video.
It was out on the web right away. They were showing views of all twenty OTHER strikes AND this one. They showed the boat being hit and a few frames later it was OBVIOUS THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE hanging onto the boat. You could see their out reached arms across some portion of the white boat. You could see that their bodies were in the water and they didnt move. They were just holding on for dear life when the second strike came and obliterated the frame. When that cleared there was nothing but debris left. They killed two people clinging to life on a blown apart boat and think that was justified.
But why arent people like them thinking about OUR TROOPS IN THE SAME SITUATION AND THE ENEMY INSTEAD OF SAVING OUR GUYS-----------------BLEW THE FUCK OUT OF THEM.
We have RULES OF WAR for a reason.

Being familiar with the course Alzheimer's takes, I personally know that at this point in the game, there is not much time left in which mental faculties stay in tact.
