Last Notes npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I believe the solution is the following: npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka What extra benefit do you look for with it? npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I really like my fiat grinding job. Not 100% because of the job as per job description but how I can provide value my co-workers as to the company. Actually all in my professional career I was in value 4 value (with cap on what I get for provided). I was always got promoted faster or got extra raise or bonuses (or all of them at the same year) as I provided higher value than most of my colleagues. It is much harder to multiply it further as I am now an Associate Director, but can get a few % extra here and there. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Yes. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I have quite the opposite. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka We do it similarly. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka As they should be :) npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka #cowstr #lilgangstr #calfstr npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I miss the gym small talk and banter too. When we knew most of the lifters and talked a sentence or two between sets, helping each other or just beeing goofy. It was extra fun. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka In the past (almost a decade ago) I often intentionally took my dogs to a walk without my phone so I can be in the present with them. A good 20-40 min walk after work sniffing lamp posts and grass. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Great job! I had a period when I did it before every workday, then a period when it was incorporated heavily into the daily exercise. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka That is great to know! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka All is great here, nothing to complain about. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I listened to the tapes. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka If there is a study, there is an article on pubmed. If you link it than the post has some base. Not everyone will watch the full video to extract it. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Subjectively I also sleep much better mouth taped. My smarwatch can't really pick up much difference. I often do it though, especially if I feel I am gettng sick as somehow I feel my airways don't get stuck this way. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I totally get why people would say and believe this. Products feel good, looks fantastic, marketing is great, have a cult around. Indeed comfy and safe feeling. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I feel it realistic for kids under 10, what is 25+ winter piece and 25+ summer piece and they grow almost everything out a year. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Mooses in the fog. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Congrats to you both! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I can believe that, 100%. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Same here. I can't really change in the same professional area for a different job role as I would need to drop salary significantly. I have side-projects and fluctuating larger-smaller hobbies that make life and also work really enjoyable, though. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I get the joke but I believe it is more dependent how much they learn and how hard they work in the awake hours than when they woke up in the past. 'Must' is a big motivator. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka #women #longevity #stockholm npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Women & Longevity Summit at Stockholm 2024 - Watch the event on youtube! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I would be happy to flex with my HRV. I am happy of I reach 70. Resting heart rate is 62-64 when healthy (kids take home a lot of stuff from the preschool). Blood pressure is 130/76 usually. ~110 kg, overweight. My sleep performance according to my Fitbit Charge 6 is about 77 - 83%, and on days when it is 85-87 (happened only a few times since I have it for the past almost year), I feel like a superhero. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I love the oldschool Critters movie vibe! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I hope the majority of their training data was based on Saint Bernard dog research material. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I really like to drive in snowing, it is so calming. Had much less snow this winter here than usual... But until the start of April it can come anytime so I am hopeful. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I like when they come up with non-carnivore animal names. I think it is fun too. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Bulls in the fog. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I am 100% fine with that lifepath. I can find my fun and meaning in it. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I work for non-tech large corp as an Associate Director. It was a one time I pushed back to be present on a call starting from 6 pm with a client as I wanted to be with my kids (was vocal about it), due to the fact that professionally I assesed and I was not a must have. I got escalated to CEO level by the internal team, they took away the project instantly and had a few conversations about my place in the company. I was told I am not a team player and not flexible and many other things. After I worked day-and-night on other project and on calls whenever it was needed. A month later on my year end review I was praised by my questioned colleagues about how much a teamplayer I am. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Adding $TRUMP to the Crypto reserve would make Trump's face on regularly used money, easier it seems than putting his face to a hundred dollar bill and ditch Benjamin Franklin. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka From that point we change to galaxy-family and won't be foreginers or aliens anywhere just fellow travellers sharing the beautyful galaxy. I hope but no-border galaxy seems a bit large bite from this point I am in. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I feel the same as you, hence I start to take this topic extremely seriously. I learn and make more and more changes. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka It is time to jump on the #longevity train, my friend! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Awesome Illusion of Magic Dust aka Dusty, when he looks like a proper dog. Rare moment. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Name it and feed it with roaches/crickets. You will have fun. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Thank you for sharing! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I can't wait for his and the other similarly influential figures' grandpa time stories when finally they are in peace and happy to tell. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I understand where you come from this. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Same thing for me. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka The hype is real. I hope I will be a superhero tomorrow. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka When I was a kid I put corn flakes on margarine covered bread. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I definately think they will be better. They will run it with AI employees. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka My friend brought up the ASI topic and the concer on what will happen to us. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka That is nice. I like those days! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I use a standing desk mainly for ~6 six years now. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I had a similar experience growing up in the 90s and early 00s in Eastern Europe. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka My favourite is purple (in combination with black if possible) but always try to paint with red if possible. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka This is a good story and not because you made a financial decision, that seems to be right based on knowledge and faith. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Indeed. In my household we try to focus on improving on 1-2 categories a year. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I eat at McDonalds very rarely. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka That is my guess too. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka That's the game now, don't die! :) npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Great idea! Let's see how it unfolds. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I belive it is was mostly our family's ritual and not everyone in Hungary did it that way. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka It is a great ritual, we did a full version every early spring and one lighter without cupboard declutter before the new year. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Interesting. Another study haven't found correlation/changed risk. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Thanks for sharing. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka So every peak, a new max promise brings in people, who has the confidence to join on a low. Interesting. Okay, then let it fly and let's see. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka What is the better for BTC adoption on large scale, if it goes way higher or stays for a year or two in the 60-100k range? npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Interesting. Many times I feel the real power if you know and capable to do something but you decide not to do it. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Same plan here! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka What problem you aim to solve with it? Do you plan to aim it to patients or industry participants? npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka That is really sad. I wish I know what the coordinator and the PI has in their head about this... npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I get your point, as a father I drive my family to roll with it on a level it is family activity and everyone enjoys it. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I went through an ~10 year change from lot of milk and sugar to no sugar just milk to less milk to dark and only espresso. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Good point. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Good Job on finishing! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka You are in #TeamFullROM too? :) Nice! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Honestly, not really anymore, since I have the kids. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I had that problem much more in the past. Asking a lot back, asking for repeat for every first sentence in a conversation where we started a new topic or sometimes just random. I was a bit annoying but annoyed with myself also. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka The only strange for me with real cat people that they spend a high amount of time, energy and money on them, the level what they could provide them a decent and stellar obedient dog and with that they could share life outside of their house. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka 40%! Good progress. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I think it was an individual vs family issue combined with calling back, mainly.. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka This year's Christmas present. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Enjoy! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Agreed. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I grew up that way. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Hit it hard! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Thanks. Both thing is a hobby can't really make a living out of it. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Funny it is, the more analog/manual I go the more productive I get in my work. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka We often cook with this type of ice cream, best carnivore ice cream out there. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka With a nice outrageous personality that could be a stable income source. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Happy holidays! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka That is a real Christmas treat! I played all MMOs alone. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Indeed. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I feel that often too, and then I realize how much I have developed in the past 15 years and I am proud. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Sure thing. Thank you for bringing up the topic. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I would have done the same. npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka Greetings fellow autism parents out there! npub1g5ve97qulvmnvkf6z5u0k5pexazj47l62pf6j400ssh2tyunah2sngrdq9 Laszlo Csurka I sense an ad-blasting account business niche here :)
