I’m just pointing out that libertarian philosophy can get complicated when you consider how difficult it is to consider the consequences of your actions. Free to do whatever as long as you don’t hurt others, sounds totally agreeable. But most wouldn’t consider non-human animals as part of ‘others’ or second order effects that can be harmful to ‘others’.

Bitcoin fixes human incentives.
In a hyperbitcoinised world, animals would have the capacity to suffer but no capacity to express their values or thoughts. This will be a tremendous market failure. The world is full of hope for humans, but I struggle to have hope for animals.

In that sense what’s to stop myself from sending my exchange bought KYC BTC to another address that I own. I can say that it was lost and got hacked, coins were transferred out. Technically the new address would be ‘KYC-free’? Maybe this is extremely dumb haha but tell me why.

Appreciate your good faith engagement and argument (genuinely). My counter to that is, what if the stakes of the action you are trying to prevent is SO high that talking about a ‘response’ is silly? I.e. nuclear bombs and existential bio weapons.
Imagine if tomorrow someone invented a type of bomb that you can make in your back yard and has the power of a nuclear bomb. Should we just publish that information freely on the internet? I feel like self censorship of that information should at least be considered?
