Don't forget. This isn't just about trump. It's also about our current sitting president, Biden. Let's not assume that his people aren't also breathing a sigh of relief for any "official acts" they've carried out. #supremeCourt

2024-07-01 16:22:32 GMT

This supreme court is making decision after decision where it incentivizes people to do whatever the fuck they want as fast as possible before anybody is able to react.

2024-07-01 16:17:54 GMT

It's going to have to be congress to determine that. Fuck.

And of course "what constitutes an official act" will have to be another set of moronic appeals

2024-07-01 16:11:21 GMT

- reply

The supreme court thinking that those around the president will prevent insane official acts from happening is absolutely insane as we've clearly seen Trump manipulate everybody around them or they leave.
