Since I started tracking my sleep have learned it’s not the length is the depth. I range between 30 minutes and 1 hour of deep sleep a night, but since intermittent fasting that figure is now closer to an hour more often than not. Average sleep length 6hr 48m

Yes, and so much of the industry has switched on to AAA now so there are some truly beautiful pressings coming through. Blue Note’s Tone Poets.
