Absolutely feeling my age (knees) after a double header for my local soccer league. Over 24 hours later my Garmin is still telling me to sit the F#$k down. lol
On the bright side, I set a personal best sprint speed during the games 😎🤙
Good to know at 40 I can still move it

Amen. I sometimes think “what if I miss something?” Then I’m reminded that it’s okay. It’s okay not to stress, this is life. We’re not meant to know everything and have the stress that accompanies what that brings.

And as a special bonus, Garmin begrudgingly told me my training status is productive. Iykyk

Only slightly more than the furnace would have been, because the miner is running 24/7 and it’s not set up to adapt to changing temps. In effect it’s a “dumb” heater. I tuned it down to about 80% draw and thats been a good balance. Now that it’s warming up, I’ll be tuning it down again soon. No need to heat the house above 60 degrees when it’s unoccupied!

The best way to get over a cold?
If you can, skip the daytime meds.. don’t hinder your body’s natural response and let it flush out.
Cut all added sugar. Eat a fat steak, liver and a pile of strawberries for dinner. Get to bed early. Wake up feeling better.
