I can't imagine a world where Bitcoin has succeeded but Nostr hasn't.

Unfortunately, most people do not seem to value Bitcoin's core features: decentralization, permissionlessness, and privacy. These are abstract concepts many fail to grasp.
Fortunately, adoption is rarely a choice for them; it becomes a necessity. When they realize their fiat currency is devaluing rapidly, they will be forced to find an escape to save themselves.
Probably.

Voting in elections legitimises the government.
The stronger the government, the weaker the individual.
Don’t act against yourself!

While two of them are adopting in the speed of light,
one of them is struggling to gain recognition.
It seems that centralized properiaty products have an easier start, but in the long term they will give way to distributed open solutions.

Is it not about package managers rather than distributions?
You have .dep and .rpm, so only pacman is missing from the major ones.

My naive thoughts:
A base layer for LLM's is a language, which was created to describe Human's base layer (which is the physical reality) and is imperfect.
So the current AI systems operates on different layer of reality (more abstract one).
The most effective AI systems are the specialized ones (for example chess or go players). They can learn playing iteratively with oneself and constantly improving. So they (specialized AIs) need a prepared environment and set of rules to perform a evolution process and become the master in their fields. It is easy to prepare such environment in digital world.
But a potential AGI which understand human's base layer of reality would need a very detailed simulation of the whole planet (at least) to perform the evolution process and constant learning.

Another view:
From a node perspective wether something is spam or not is just a subjective opinion.
From the Bitcoin system perspective nothing in the blockchain is spam objectively: any transaction was considered as valid by at least one node.

Is limited government evolutionary stable?
An individual may pass the marshmellow test, but the group will fail because of the "tragedy of the commons".

What if the government took away anything from them except what they are addicted to? Would there still be such opposition? After all, they still believe in the government, only with different rulers.
