this is an english bitter that we "kegged" into plastic bags with a dispenser. those are normally used for wine but if you carefully carbonate you can use them for beer. this is the closest you can get to cask without kegs and beerpumps while still being #camba compliant.
cheers!

Aber schön, dass es zum Schluss doch noch alle geschafft haben.

induction is really nice. one thing we noticed is that the diameter of our moka pot is 1cm smaller than the inner circle of our induction cooker. It then complains and refuses to work. We have put on another pot with water to make it work.

The whole "build everything from source again all the time" mindset is terminally gentoo brained. Someone probably did that work for your distro/os already. There's no need to turn your computer into a heating device for no good reason.

it sourd fine. But at some point it developed a slimy white layer on top. I removed some kraut from the top but the slime came back and the whole batch tasted musty. Happend both times. I suspect that some cabbage floated to the top of the brine and wasn't sufficiently submerged.
I don't have any problems with my dill pickles or beetroots. sauerkraut is my kryptonite. 🤷‍♂️
