Apparently, telling coworkers I keep work as "work" and my life outside the office separate "struck a nerve." It’s funny how setting a basic professional boundary gets labeled as "detached." Sorry I’m not here for the trivia? 🤷‍♂️ Also sports, no thanks. #sports #office #trivia #olympics #nothanks

Today, on Truth and Reconciliation Day, I'm grateful for the opportunity to support a local Indigenous organization. The atrocities committed against Indigenous peoples are a dark stain on our nation's history. Let's acknowledge these past wrongs, learn from them, and actively work towards reconciliation. #TruthAndReconciliation #indigenous #canada #ottawa #orange

Something that's also important to note: I have a feeling that the None Profit will remain as it always has been, but I can see a for profit branch spinoff into it's own entity controlled by the parent company (the not for profit). This could lead to still maintaining that sense of community while using the other company as a for profit model.
This is what I reading and nothing more. No concrete evidence to support this at this current time of posting.

n addition to concerns about her vision, some have criticized Chambers' communication style. Lack of Transparency, Dismissive Tone. Which are all signs of moving into a corporate for profit model.

Let's face it. She's going to bring Mozilla into a for Profit Company that's likely where this is going and this is why she's the new CEO. This is likely the main reason why the board brought her onboard. Which mean, it's going to turn to corporate structure and most of the community stuff will get axed. (I'm just saying because something similar is happening in my life that I'm directly linked too).

Ontario school boards are rightly banning smartphones in class, but allowing their use outside of class. This balance is good. While smartphones offer benefits, they can be distracting in the classroom. Teachers should make their lessons engaging to maintain focus. This isn't the case for most, and the distraction if real, even in the days before smartphones in class, they would retain a lot more people's attention if they made it fun.

Thursday Night was a Karaoke night. Didn't get home until 1am.
Friday was a shot in the dark and stayed in bed till 10am. Took a nap in the afternoon. Made some food and took care of the business.
Saturday was a mostly chill day. Spent the night out for the monthly underwear night at the pub.
Sunday I did a bit of work and update stuff for the next couple of posts. Then followed it with Karaoke.
Monday was a game day.
Tuesday today is a game day as well.
