Just taking your post to thank you cypherpunks for being who you are and doing what you do. Without you we would be lost. From the bottom of my heart: thank you! npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma #1 absolutely npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma ... and that no amount of force will ever solve a math problem... npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Totally understand that you forgot about c&p after putting this together. I do not worry too much. It is a meme, digital merch, instead of caps... Let them have fun with it. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Late to the party, and with bad news. There is no one size fits all solution for your symptoms. Skin symptoms can have all kinds of causes. The human body is at least as complex a topic as Bitcoin is. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Genau, soll er doch lieber die Schulpflicht aufheben. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Thanks for the shoutou to mothers and grandmothers, highly appreciated! npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma HappyNew Year, dear nostriches! 🥂🎆 Off to an exciting 2025! npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma In the EU you might want to have a look at "Meine Base" by P. Jentschura. The conceot described above also works with foot baths if you do not have a bath tub. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Slow Food is the best food❣️I enjoy that kind of cooking also. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Glögg / Glühwein / mulled wine 🤶Merry Christmas 🎄 npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Eventually it will be 50:50 on #Nostr as well as in #bitcoin. Looking at what we call the global south, at least from the perspective I gained via the Oslo Freedom Forum, many of the strongest dissidents in totalitarian regimes are female and smart. So, yes, with all the education that is going on in that area, thanks to for instance @gladstein and @BTC sessions, one can expect more women to join #Nostr soon. Maybe in a rather quiet way though. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Merry Christmas 🎄from 🤶 npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma God Jul och Gott Nytt År 🥂 npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Even better: becoming a grandparent ❣️ npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma God jul från västkusten 🎄 npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Ok, excused 😉 npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Go for a 1 hour walk and listen to the sounds of nature. Beats any Bitcoin podcast Feel the benefit instead of measuring it in questionable parameters.😀 npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Agreed, and I think it does what you describe because it can rebalance the autonomic nervous system. Strengthening the parasympathetical system implies enhancing regeneration. From my point of view connecting with the innermost self (higher self, heart, source, whatever you may call it) by means of meditation or simply healthy sleep is the ultimate form of regeneration. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma I don't know about breathwork as a freedom tool, but it is definitely a balancing tool one can use to balance the parasympathetic and the sympathetic nervous systems, the relax/digest- and the fight-or-flight-mode. This way you may be able to prevent or to get out of burnout syndrome. So, yes, in that way breathwork may be considered a freedom tool. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma That is a very nice welcome ❣️ npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Confirmed by relatives living in Germany : npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Check out the Global Coherence Initiative https://www.heartmath.org/gci/ npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Don't forget Oslo Freedom Forum #OFF, npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma And he is right in doing so, good night from my side of the world 🙋 npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Not only this conversation, the whole of #Nostriga. I feel very privileged to have been able to attend. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to everybody involved and to all the developers giving their best to create the way out of centralized censorable platforms, which many people will need very soon. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Great, see you in the morning ❣️ npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Hi Liz, we talked this morning. I would like a shirt. Lost track of you. Off the premises now, but would like to get one tomorrow, if possible. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Angry gorilla npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Hope to get one in Riga. Shipping costs to Europe are prohibitive. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Will the shirts be available in Riga? Shipping costs to Europe seem to be prohibitive. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Yeah, the first 30 min clearly demonstrated the difference between the two continents. One deeply rooted in history and the other breaking free from the perceived limitations of this history, One head tilted to the left, one to the right. Putin managed to send out his message to the outside as well as his own people in a quite intelligent way. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma After years of FUD you do not exspect everybody to suddenly jump onto #Bitcoin, do you? npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Wirklich schön gemacht ❣️ Und jetzt alle auf nach Riga zum #balichoneybadger2024 und #nostriga 😀 npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma The promise of a beautiful new day after dark npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Thanks a lot for this suggestion. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Thanks for asking a question I had on my mind. I am not so technical either, but this one doesn't seem to be too difficult. There are some nice tutorials out there. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma How did you know ? Yes, Bitcoin could be one step into the direction the gentlemen indicate. But then it should be allowed to stay in the "right hemisphere" a little longer and not being handed over to the "left hemisphere" of ETFs and regulations too early. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Connections are based on transactions, aren't they? npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma We are all connected! You are never ever alone, even if it feels like that at times. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Bitcoin and Human Rights Activists are a match made in heaven. I am forever grateful to Alex Gladstein that he brought these two together. I am also grateful to all the attending developers who will work hard to make Bitcoin better accessible to those people for whom the permissionless aspect of Bitcoin can be livesaving. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma That is wonderful to read. Never understood why Bitcoiners who otherwise insist on decentralization rely so heavily on one company for hardware and OS. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Anybody here who is going to attend #OFF? Would like to meet up with other (Nordic) Bitcoiners. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma How stupid does she think people are? With the upcoming demografics everybody can have two jobs. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma You can buy the poster at https://shopinbit.com/de/ npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Ladies and gentlemen, Bitcoin is female! npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma starting up my mining space heater 😃 npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma But for running a btcpayserver I would have to run my own Lighthning node, right? npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma The follows disappeared yesterday. Did not worry because they still showed up when I clicked my profile. Followers are still there. npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma Yes, except for a short visit at snort.social. Liked the astral features better at that time. Just tested snort again. My Nip-05 shows there, but no follows there either npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma OK, astral seems to have broken for me. My NIP-05 identifier is gone, my follows are gone, global feed does not load and the follws feed seems to be the global feed. We are so early 😆 npub1hh97d84ed2f4247gmpfm8jcxazs7l5zmmm2azxul3gsnwvwdwelsg9al99 DamisOma What a privilege to live at exactly this point in time. Say about Twitter what you want, but I wonder whether I would have stumbled over this jewel without that bird.
