warehouses have automated systems where an entire wall is a bank of battery chargers, and a robot swaps batteries out for the forklifts.
they could do something similar for a construction site, using a giant mobile power bank, because the excavators and loaders all stay close by for when they need a new battery.
getting too far from the charging point is the problem.

we don't really have rites of passage as young men anymore, but we could put one on the other end.

The early anomaly (picrel) was caused by the depression and world war. The late anomaly has been caused by the past two decades of war being waged against us by boomers and jews. That chunk of time in the middle was stable and normal. That's the world the boomers got to enjoy that they love to pretend was so austere. The average home price to income ratio in that era was about 4.095, using my own calculations. It's somewhere between 3.8775 and 4.3125 if anyone else wants to crunch some numbers. Anything you come up with is going to be far below the current ratio of 7.12.
Using the ratio from the sensible times when we were not a poor country, had easy access to good paying jobs, with rising generational wealth and growing life expectancy, with that ratio, that house should cost roughly 123k, new. I'm not talking about adjusting for inflation either.
I'm saying with the current median income of $83,730, and a home price to median income ration of 4.095, adjusted for proportional size, using the current average of 2000 sq ft, that house should cost 123k new.
Subtract from that 46 years of depreciation and account for the extensive repairs needed, and the house is now worth 70 thousand.

"gaining no equity"
you fucking jew. Are you talking about adding a porch? Maybe finishing the basement? In what way are you talking about gaining equity? Certainly you mean that work is being done in exchange for this increase in value, right?
Or are you talking about the depreciation of the dollar, through inflation, that drives up the cost of everything, including housing, while wages forever fail to keep up, so jews and boomers like you can "gain equity" by doing fucking nothing and everyone else gets poorer as their paycheck buys them less and less every year?
Is that what you mean you sorry sack of shit?

Dear Sir:
My friend, Ed Peterson, over at Wells, Iowa, received a check for $1,000.00 from the government for not raising hogs. So, I want to go into the "not raising hogs" business next year.
What I want to know is, in your opinion, what is the best kind of farm not to raise hogs on, and what is the best breed of hogs not to raise? I want to be sure that I approach this endeavor in keeping with all government policies. I would prefer not to raise Razorbacks, but if that is not a good breed not to raise, then I will just as gladly not raise Yorkshires or Durocs.
As I see it, the hardest part of this program will be keeping an accurate inventory of how many hogs I haven't raised.
My friend, Peterson, is very joyful about the futures of the business. He has been raising hogs for twenty years or so, and the best he ever made on them was $422.00 in 1968, until this year, when he got your check for $1000.00 for not raising hogs.
If I get $1,000.00 for not raising 50 hogs, will I get $2,000. for not raising 100 hogs? I plan to operate on a small scale at first, holding myself down to about 4,000 hogs not raised, which will mean about $80,000.00 for the first year. Then I can afford an airplane. Now another thing, these hogs that I will not raise, will not eat 100,000 bushels of corn. I understand that you pay farmers not to raise corn and wheat. Will I qualify for payments for not raising corn and wheat not to feed the 4,000 hogs I am not going to raise?
Also, I am considering the "not milking cows" business, so send me any information you have on that also.
In view of these circumstances, you understand that I will be totally unemployed and plan to file for unemployment and food stamps.
Be assured you will have my vote in the coming election.
Patriotically yours:
xxxxxxxxx
P.S. Would you please notify me when you plan to distribute more free cheese??

20 years ago a guy at a tech conference said the IOT would let your dental insurance company raise your rates if you didn't brush your teeth, because your wifi toothbrush would tell on you, and he meant it like it was a good thing.
The tasks of identifying, locating, and neutralizing these people would be gargantuan. It would take an army of men years to complete.
The end result of their actions is, at minimum, local societal breakdown, if not full collapse into WROL territory. Interestingly, full collapse into WROL would cull these people naturally within 6 weeks.

>they say healthcare is tied to employment and loans are expensive
This is my only quip. I hate the way everyone just surrendered to this scam of an idea that you must have healthcare or you will go bankrupt and die at 25.
Your ancestors didn't have it for thousands of generations, and you're still here, so that means they didn't need it. You have their genetics, so just take care of your body, don't live like a nigger and drive the fuck on without your precious "healthcare."
Colossal waste of money for so many struggling young people, cordoning themselves into a shit job instead of being their own boss, because muh healthcare. Boils my blood.

"While I've got this thing apart, might as well put this throttle cable on."
>Disassemble-reassemble several times (things were not cooperating)
"I think that did it. Finally done with this headache"
>Brand new throttle cable breaks in half
>Take everything apart again
>Install old cable
>Reassemble
>Ride around
"Why did I even order that cable?"

My rape dungeon is just an idea.
It is a wonder that no one ever thought to use this simple cheat code before. You just claim that all of your criminal activity is an idea, and the government can't do anything to you.

The normies are out in the streets right now standing beside Active Clubs, who they would have called feds 1 week ago.
We aren't aligning with them. They are aligning with us.
When the gatekept normie right is out in the streets, and looking for someone who will tell them what they want to hear, "we will have revenge for this," you don't send them away.

White pills all around.
I've been listening to the Mt. Mitchell ham radio repeater in North Carolina. A handful of high functioning White people showed up after the hurricane and put together an emergency response operation like what you would expect from trained professionals.
They have logistics, communications, administration, and medical all hammered out and functioning smoothly. They turned an airport up in the mountains into the headquarters and are running non-stop flights out to the entire area. There is zero federal response where they are, and they aren't asking for it.
There is a ham radio repeater tower on the top of the mountain, and volunteer hams are taking shifts operating net control like a police dispatch call center. HQ is holding morning and evening radio briefings detailing everything happening in their AO, and needed supplies. Hams on the ground are on the radio all day long, relaying information through net control back to the airport about all of the pockets of civilians they are reaching, their status, their needs, etc.
If the airport is the headquarters, the churches are their outposts where they fly supplies to and coordinate distribution from. One church is cooking a thousand meals a day just to feed the people working at the airport. The head of operations at the airport says that, aside from the supply trucks that are coming in from all over the country, all other support is coming from local churches.
They are currently transitioning responsibility for the entire operation to the churches, because they know the outside volunteers can't stay there forever. Reminds me a little of the church during the fall of Rome.
They are asking for log splitters to mass produce firewood, as they don't expect normal to return before winter.

Like most things, it wasn't always like this.
A couple of the men in my family left the small town and moved to the big city around 1950 to be trolley drivers.

Just the person I wanted to talk to.
Did you know that marshmallow originally came from a plant, and it was medicinal in use, and then they took the marshmallow root out of it, so now it's just corn syrup?
jews did this, I'm certain of it
