You posted your house, your mountains. You use zaps. You connect to relays, possibly without tor. You could be located in a few days at most. Never assume you are anonymous on the internet. The value of nostr for me is that I own my digital identity, not much else.

What specific mechanism stops the revolutionary state's leaders from becoming a new ruling class, and where has it worked at national scale?
I wish I had a solution for you, I have not worked one out yet

I agree capitalism is enforcing poverty today, but I'd call it the weapon, not the root. Concentrated power came first: pre-revolution France had the top 10% holding ~90% of the wealth with no capitalism required, and the Soviet elite managed it without capitalism at all. Capitalism is just the most efficient machine power has built so far, because competition enforces it automatically.
If we only abolish capitalism, whoever holds concentrated power will build the next machine. So the fight isn't just against capitalism; it's against concentrated power in any form: boardroom, party or state.

I am not a fan of this hyper-capitalism bullshit. Nor am I a fan of being governed. Any system that produces concentrated power eventually gets us to where we are now.

More people should #sew. It's never been easier and given the cost of clothes it pays for itself pretty quickly. #before and #after

You Europeans love being ruled too much. If the guns vanished the violence would carry on in other forms such as vehicle ramming attacks and mass stabbings and such. The only thing that would change is the people would become completely and utterly defenseless against a rogue government. Follow your ideas to their logical conclusion.

Someday you will be going about your business and people will start cheering, people will be buying each other drinks and saying cheers and staring at their phones and you will know exactly why

Yeah dude I always thought I'd end up in prison. In some ways that's actually ended up being true.

We live in an open air prison as tax/war cattle. Nothing can make that more obvious than a 30 year mortgage for a wooden box. Or being drafted and sent to die for banker wars.

I find relief in believing the opposite: that there is no plan. I carry the weight but I get to choose how heavy or light it is.

Some cool 1800s era bullets and nails I found in Utah. The weird looking this is brass journal bearing I believe, used on trains. It's solid brass and I found it buried next to a dirt road so I think along time ago someone was gonna scrap it and it fell off their cart #metaldetecting #utah #minelab https://npub1hnvalnryrthamt83us3nfg6cq5kze9l6zf8kfws06a078qvlazksc8xqqz.blossom.band/d9e052c953c50db60a57f9e1300edca5bb126256176c7e8b5897236e5dfc36a4.jpg https://npub1hnvalnryrthamt83us3nfg6cq5kze9l6zf8kfws06a078qvlazksc8xqqz.blossom.band/26bfc0adb418b874fb55d5cf2f8b7e48b45f76f79de02a8999b7f92cacfb3a57.jpg https://npub1hnvalnryrthamt83us3nfg6cq5kze9l6zf8kfws06a078qvlazksc8xqqz.blossom.band/5885f5a02baf5d70c1861a5a0657f8f27f4d476d980652e7cb28ce0a4eb9d39e.jpg https://npub1hnvalnryrthamt83us3nfg6cq5kze9l6zf8kfws06a078qvlazksc8xqqz.blossom.band/edfe7dd487b6bae9b5b67423c93967607c7060453ed5409dd0ec7e039675ef88.jpg

Ive been trying to figure out what trees I can grow in #cochisecounty without irrigation. I planted figs, pomegranate, blackberry, Arizona cypress, afghan pine and desert willow this spring and I watered them twice a week by hand. Then I took off at the beginning of June and was away until October. Here's what happened to the trees: all the new figsbi planted this spring died, my figs from last year are still alive but dropped their leaves and produced no fruit. My pomegranates are doing better than the figs, their leaves look healthy and I can tell they each grew quite a bit. All of my afghan pines survived and look good. All of my Arizona cypress survived and grew substantially. My blackberries died. My desert willow is the one that surprised me the most. I planted it in march under the impression it would certainly die but to my surprise it's probably doing better than all of the above. It appears to have doubled in height and canopy.
So here's my take away: figs need irrigation for a year or two before they can survive on their own. Pomegranate, Arizona cypress, afghan pine and desert willow will survive without irrigation once established. Blackberry is moot without irrigation. The trees I planted in basins did either really good or got choked out by weeds and grass.
I think from here I will be planting more desert willow, pomegranate and Arizona cypress.

Mines and cattle have done so much damage to the rivers across the SW. It's at the point where you should just assume whatever you're swimming in is contaminated

Finding a sick rock is super rewarding. I got a similar quartz boulder I'm transporting back home https://npub1hnvalnryrthamt83us3nfg6cq5kze9l6zf8kfws06a078qvlazksc8xqqz.blossom.band/79f17cb23a2f470cc2206c278f1856a84ef8f65e6ec4955766090e9df2413c87.jpg
