Vanilla OS 3?
Vanilla OS 2 Orchid is receiving updates with fixes, improvements, new features and much more.. it is not a firm release and there is no point in discussing a hypothetical Vanilla OS 3 at this time.

A user of our community has created a KDE version of vanilla. It is also possible to create a kind of image testing by building all parts of KDE from source or using a repository.

Answering the most popular questions.
Why do I have to set timezone and keyboard in both the installer and the first setup?
The answer is: OEM.
Why not make a non-OEM mode?
The answer is: Because after over a year of development we thought it would be better to postpone that to a later time.
You are welcome 😘

Some NVIDIA users have reported issues, we are investigating since days, seems to be related to mutter nor gdm. For now it is a small number of users and the problem prevents the use of wayland and/or the second monitor. We will update you as soon as it is fixed.
