This is crazy. And the sad truth is…
Most of us grew up eating what was considered “normal” at the time:
Cereal breakfasts, packaged lunches, ultra-processed dinners, and snacks engineered to be addictive.
Our parents weren’t trying to harm us, they were trusting the food system they were told was safe and convenient.
Now we know better. We understand that these foods were built on refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, seed oils, artificial flavors, and ingredients no human body evolved to thrive on.
Today, we choose differently for ourselves and for our kids…
We prioritize real food, quality protein, healthy fats, whole fruits, and simple ingredients that actually support growth, hormones, and long-term health.
This isn’t about being perfect or extreme. It’s about replacing what was once marketed as food with what humans have always eaten and raising the next generation stronger than the last.
Eat like a human.

“But I can’t eat healthy”
Don’t overcomplicate it.
Real food is real food. It has one ingredient.
Steak. Eggs. Potato. Cheese. Apple.
It sounds simple because it is. Eating only single ingredient real foods is the most powerful thing you can do for your health.
This is how you eat like a human. This is how you thrive.

Let’s clear something up…
The same people who sold you high-fructose corn syrup cereal as “part of a balanced breakfast” are now telling you steak is dangerous.
Convenient.
Because when you’re scared of real food, you buy more industrial garbage.
More “heart healthy” seed oils.
More low-fat, high-sugar swaps.
More snack aisle science.
Meanwhile, the basics get demonized:
🥩 complete, bioavailable protein
🔥 real satiety + stable energy
🧠 food your body actually recognizes
Steak didn’t suddenly become the problem.
The modern diet did.
So we’ll keep doing what humans have always done.
Eat red meat. Thrive.

👇 Stop fearing steak 🥩
Red meat is one of the most important foods for human hormones.
Especially for women…
Steak provides the building blocks your body needs to make hormones:
• Complete, highly bioavailable protein 💪
• Heme iron for energy and healthy cycles 🩸
• Zinc for thyroid and hormone signaling ⚙️
• B vitamins for mood and nervous system health 🧠
• Saturated fat, which hormones are literally made from 🧬
Low protein + low iron + low fat = fatigue, hair loss, poor recovery.
And yet red meat is often the first food women are told to cut.
Humans evolved eating red meat.
Our hormones still expect it.
If you want strength, vitality, stable energy, and real satiety, steak isn’t optional.
It’s foundational.

Ok, Pop Tarts S’mores were pretty good…
But did you know what’s in those?
Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, vitamin B1 [thiamin mononitrate], vitamin B2 [riboflavin], folic acid), sugar, high fructose corn syrup, dextrose, soybean and palm oil (with TBHQ for freshness), corn syrup, whole wheat flour, bleached wheat flour, whey, molasses, cocoa processed with alkali, cornstarch, leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate), milk chocolate (sugar, milk, cocoa butter, chocolate), salt, modified corn starch, natural and artificial flavors, soy lecithin, gelatin, egg whites, color added, xanthan gum.
And they claim “Naturally Flavored” on the package. Hmm…

What a tragedy…
Should we demolish the land and build a Beyond Meat Factory?
Or build a seed oil factory and sell it to Crisco?
Maybe we could turn it into a monocrop corn field and displace all the cows, and kill thousands of snakes and rodents.
So many options…
Or maybe we should let the cows roam on grass, but we’ve been told that’s really harmful for the environment…
Building a Beyond Meat Factory sounds way better for the environment. Maybe that would fix it!
Eat like a human. And let cows eat like cows. This is how we all thrive.

Here’s why our collagen is elite…
Most collagen powders = just peptides from hides.
Ours? Nose-to-tail.
We use:
• Grass-fed bovine collagen
• Trachea (rich in cartilage compounds)
• Scapula
• Eggshell membrane (for hair + skin)
These parts naturally contain chondroitin, glucosamine, elastin, GAGs, and collagen structures your body actually recognizes. This is why people feel the difference:
✨ Stronger hair
✨ Better skin elasticity
✨ Happier joints & tendons
✨ Gut support from real, full-spectrum collagen
Clean. Tested. No fillers. No garbage.
Just the most nutrient-dense collagen we could possibly make.
And right now…

Honey = cavities?
We’ve all heard it…sugar feeds bacteria, bacteria cause cavities.
And with processed sugar, that’s true.
But raw honey? It plays by different rules. Raw, organic honey can actually be protective against cavities…
It operates much different from processed sugar for a reason. It is a real, whole food from nature. It is not like sugar in candy. It is a health food, not a harm food.
Eat honey. Eat like a human. Thrive.

It’s the truth… @laurynbosstick
Why?
Red meat keeps you FULL for LONGER…
Ever heard of Ozempic? Well, same principle.
But Ozempic unnaturally hijacks your hunger cues to give you a glorified eating disorder.
Red meat taps into natural satiety signals to keep you full for longer periods of time, providing the calories and nutrients you need to thrive.
Red Meat > Ozempic

HOW DARE THEY…
You can just see the damage: emerald-green pastures. Thriving topsoil. A picture perfect, healthy environment. An ecosystem in full symphony.
This is what real environmental destruction looks like… according to vegans.
Let’s set the record straight.
🌱 Cattle raised on pasture, using rotational grazing, restores the land. Their hooves aerate the soil. Their manure feeds microbial life. Their grazing patterns stimulate plant regrowth.
🌾 This cycle pulls carbon into the ground where it belongs. Not into the air. Not into your oat milk supply chain. Into the earth, building life-giving topsoil and biodiversity.
💨 And those infamous “cow farts”? First off, they burp methane, not fart. Second, regenerative farms produce net-negative emissions by drawing down more carbon than they release.
Meanwhile…
🚛 Monocropped soy fields for your Soy Milk? Stripped topsoil. Pesticide runoff. Bee die-offs. Synthetic nitrogen bombs. That’s the real environmental crime scene.
Bottom line: it’s not cows it’s the system.
When cattle are raised right, they don’t destroy the environment…they heal it.
🧬 At Lineage, we source from 100% pasture-raised, rotationally grazed cattle that build soil, biodiversity, and a better future with every bite.
