Melt-the-ice-hat. In the 1940’s, Norwegians made and wore red pointed hats with a tassel as a form of visual protest against Nazi occupation of their country. Within two years, the Nazis made these protest hats illegal and punishable by law to wear, make, or distribute.
All proceeds from the sale of this pattern go to the immigrant aid agencies who will distribute the funds to those impacted by the actions of ICE.

Super lekker. #instantpot #havermoutpap

Morning coffee in the garden. It's a bit cold for an ice coffee now but hanging on to summer. One of the peppers on the pepper plant is turning red, and soon I can harvest my first zucchini. I plan to sow the poppy seeds today as recommended in last Fridays #gardenersworld #gardening #morning #coffee #growyourown

Tomatoes are easy to grow as long as you don't expect a big harvest - I don't even want a big harvest because I wouldn't have the energy to process it anyway. Begonias are surprisingly nice as well, low effort and spectacular flowers, even in the shade. Note to self: grow more tomatoes and begonias next year. #gardening #Bloomscrolling

My first ever homegrown tomato from a plant grown from seed. Not aiming for the highest yield or so, just growing several plants for fun and let them do their thing. #homegrown #gardening
