Does anyone recommend a good Bitcoin #IRA? I was looking into #Choice or #RocketDollar to transfer my funds from the current IRA. I already transferred from fiat stocks to precious metals before I knew Bitcoin IRAs were a thing but now I just want to put everything into a #BitcoinIRA Any suggestions or advice?

I just fixed my #WalletofSatoshi #WOS by changing my VPN. 🤦‍♀️ Gosh, can’t believe I didn’t think about it before now.

2024-04-04 11:52:57 GMT

I just figured out why my #walletofsatoshi #wos isn’t working… they’re not servicing the US anymore? Man, been out of the loop for a while. Anyone has any suggestions on a simple #wallet replacement? #asknostr 🙏

Oh gotcha. Well, Badlands is actually on there, and I found Chris Paul too. Lol There’s no payment system set up for either though… so I wonder if someone else set it up because when I try to send sats to the podcaster there’s an option to “claim this podcast”… you should totally look into it because it’s another cool way to earn sats and support others through the Bitcoin ecosystem. I’ve earned a bunch of sats by listening to a few podcasts already. It’s pretty neat. 🤗

Finally set up my #Fountain account and found #BadlandsMedia ! Come on @npub1p0a…mfvl and @npub102y…e6ek , the last episode on there is from June!! Can you guys please get someone to get it more up to date? You should totally talk about it on #RugpullRadio , maybe get more peeps stacking sats by listening to Badlands! This is so fantastic! But maybe it doesn’t give you guys as much revenue as #rumble? I guess that would be a reason to avoid incentivizing people to watch on Fountain. Gosh, I would totally at least listen to all the RPR episodes on there.

2023-08-11 02:42:16 GMT

@npub1w34…3ndd logged into #Fountain and then remembered I had your referral code. I pasted it into the “redeem” field - just doing guesswork here. Lol Dod it work on your end?

I just realized I need to put in the npub for getalby on #Zapple, not nostr. So I did it over again, but this time I keep on clicking “save” and it doesn’t do anything. 😞
As for the emoji, all I did was select the ⚡️ from the list. So I don’t know how that would be wrong…? I also have no idea what a “string” is, sorry.

Hey @npub1p0a…mfvl @npub102y…e6ek can you get Badlands on #Fountain so people can earn sats by supporting #Badlands? Please put a bug on @npub1m7d…f79h ‘s ear!

Trying out @npub1wxl…hcan but I don’t see where I actually connect my wallet for it to work? I set up a connection with #getalby and went through all the steps on #zapple … it’s supposed to zap when I use ⚡️ did you get zapped?😂

2023-08-07 12:02:33 GMT

- reply

You have to go to nwc.getalby.com to set up a connection. I reposted a note from someone with a video explaining it to my profile if you want to see how it works. I just don’t know at which point you actually connect your wallet. Because I followed the steps on the video and I don’t think it worked. Let me know if you figure it out from there! 😂

2023-08-07 11:33:47 GMT

- reply

Oohh. Im gonna have to try that. But does #Zapple work in reverse? How do people with #Damus receive sats? Wait… do you see an option to zap me? If I can’t connect my wallet directly then I’m thinking people can’t zap me either?

😂😂💯💯

2023-08-07 02:07:42 GMT

- reply

Yes. We need more of that. More opportunity for people to spend Bitcoin on services and to get Bitcoin for their services. But I guess meanwhile there are still many who don’t know any other way to get access to Bitcoin besides exchanging their fiat… and if that’s their gateway into the system, then I guess so be it. The more people with Bitcoin in hand means more opportunity to grow the above-mentioned process of Bitcoin/service exchange.

@npub1w34…3ndd I would actually⚡️you as a thanks but I don’t know why my #damus is broken and it won’t accept my lightning address… so I can’t send or receive right now… I don’t even see the ⚡️icon at all, just a blank space… 😩

I just bough #jade using a #Blockstream gift card from #thebitcoincompany and the balance in Bitcoin. Then I got myself a Home Depot gift card from them for the exact amount I needed for my purchase. Hey! Thanks for the tip. I’m on an iPhone though, and I think Amethyst is only on Google Play from what I gather. I wish that weren’t the case. It’s such a bizarre issue though… I used Damus for a couple of months and everything was working normal and then I was off for a month or so and had to download Damus into my phone again… and then TSHTF.

2023-08-04 11:34:51 GMT

Yeah it doesn’t. I just tried scanning the QR code too, and all it says is “invalid nostr collection string”.

I’d love to send zaps but Damus deleted my WoS address and won’t allow me to paste it back in. 😡😑

2023-07-31 11:59:54 GMT

@npub1jg5…6n8n please fix your mobile website. It’s so horribly glitchy. I’ve been trying to buy #Jade for several minutes and it won’t even let me add in a coupon code or check out properly. The buttons all keep taking you to different parts of the website. It almost makes me second guess the reliability of the actual product. Please get your act together! #blockstream #coldstorage

2023-07-31 11:49:01 GMT

Why is #damus not allowing me to paste my wallet of Satoshi address??? 😩😡 this is so frustrating. Can anyone #help me?

2023-07-31 11:42:26 GMT

#damus has deleted my wallet address and now it’s not letting me add my wallet address!! I can’t send or receive zaps! #help 😩😩

Even if you didn’t change your diet, you never know what kinds of environmental toxins you come in contact with throughout the day. It’s amazing how much junk our bodies fight off effectively on a daily basis.

Thanks for this review! It was very helpful! I’ve been going back and forth between getting Jade or #Trezor… I think I’m starting to move away from Trezor with every review I read… I just saw Jade has the colorful transparent devices. They are so cute!!! They only have a pre-order for October though…. So I’m sitting here wondering if I dare keep all my Bitcoin in a hot wallet until October just to get an orange #Jade. 😳 just a girl’s priorities, I guess………. Do I go smart or do I go pretty? 😂

I’m having a hard time deciding and I can’t believe I still haven’t bought one for my long term #hodling 🤦‍♀️

Haven’t had time to finish the chapter yet… but it strikes me that there are similarities that can be drawn between the demonetization of the silver and the demonetization of the petrodollar we are currently experiencing. As nations ditch the petrodollar as a means of exchange, we can’t help but think that there must be a harder money that will need to fill the vacuum. Some nations are already taking about the gold standard again, but that solution cannot last in today’s society after the advent of Bitcoin. I like this quote from the book:
“This is a historical lesson of immense significance, and should be kept in mind by anyone who thinks his refusal of Bitcoin means he doesn’t have to deal with it. History shows it’s not possible to insulate yourself from the consequences of others holding money that is harder than yours. “

Omg pogs!!! I had a bunch of looney toons ones! As for the book, I thought the comparison between the different things used for money throughout history was very enlightening. It really help set the foundation of something the overlords want us to forget… how fiat is not the end all be all and we’ve had other moneys before… and we, as a people, can decide on our own currency by just using it. And in the case of Bitcoin… no one can take it away from us this time.

#[2] I read the summary description of this book and it actually reminded me of the last interview I saw with #[3] on Rugpull Radio… he was talking about how Bitcoin is deflationary and how certain goods and commodities, in a truth-based system would eventually go to $0 instead of the artificially imposed inflation perpetuated by this lying, stealing fiat system. As population grows, abundance and deflation should be the result if the people are truly free… which we are not.

2023-04-30 15:04:11 GMT

It sounds amazing and right along the lines of truth that has been suppressed, which is what we all need right now. I tried to look for it on Libby to borrow from one of the 3 libraries I got on there… lol and the only thing they all had was the Eagle’s summary version! 🙄 Now what’s up with that? I don’t want no watered down, cherry-picked (probably censored) content. I want the real thing. I may need to actually go to my local Library in person 🙃 and see if they can find it… I always try this before buying a book I’ve never read before. Lol

Also, one part I did highlight in chapter 1 was this:
“Free-market monetary competition is ruthlessly effective at producing sound money, as it only allows those who choose the right money to maintain considerable wealth over time. There is no need for government to impose the hardest money on society; society will have uncovered it long before it concocted its government, and any governmental imposition, if it were to have any effect, would only serve to hinder the process of monetary competition.”
That was pretty deep and we can see parallels today.
