My possibly controversial opinion:
Fisters need to give up the dark red hanky.
They already have the red hanky. Free up that shade for another fetish.
No other fetish gets extra colours for achievement level.

The use of music as culture and spirituality in this movie is amazing.
The scene with music summoning the ancestors is amazing.
And that was the only time I have found an Irish jig to be terrifying.

Of course the reason it has a warning is people who have the other side of the problem and have brains/bodies that can't metabolise phenylalanine properly it becomes poisonous very quickly.
This makes their old "Dr pepper: what's the worst that can happen" jingle actually quite dark.

Seriously, whenever my brain is being a little off I find Dr pepper seems to right it.
It could be placebo, or it could be it has an unusually high amount of phenylalanine (it actually has a warning about it on the back) which helps make all the compounds ADHD brains lack.

A can of Dr Pepper would fix me

Aaaand now my body is going through it's usual patern of feeling testosterone. First comes a period of anxiety, then of being annoyed, then finally my brain finishes shifting up through each gear and levels out at normal energy levels and the return of the ol' libido.

Husband is currently on way to hospital over mystery chest pains.
Paramedic's home tests show it's probably nothing serious, nothing heart related etc. but want to do blood tests and x-rays to make sure.
At least the paramedic was cute.

Today i sorted out some of my subscriptions and cleared out some old ones, and made room in the budget for 404Media.
I have been very impressed with their journalism and they are definitly worth supporting.
the extra length podcast and the full text rss feed are also great bonuses

Woke up at 4.30am and couldn't get back to sleep, so figured I would get a day pass to try the new 24 hour gym that opened in town.
Even at 5am all the squat racks were all taken.
Frankly I'll stick with my normal gym.
