Last Notes npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell New Cartographer TestFlight build available. npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell Cartographer v1.2 is now available. Cartographer is a native Mac GPS viewer/editor. npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell @nprofile…p9sc I was kinda joking but it is something people might actually want help with. npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell In a prior life I was an Architect (buildings not tech) npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell I think #Apple may have finally reached the tipping point where Tim Cook needs to go to salvage any remaining goodwill with devs/consumers. npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell @npub1c5c…644a the people I've seen doing this are influencer/podcaster types so it's for work. It just opens your eyes to how much money they must be making at those jobs to justify this. I spend too long thinking about spending $10 so this just blows my mind. npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell The cost of #VisionPro is enough of an issue but seeing some people fly across oceans to pick one up on launch day is a whole other level. My brain is just not wired for that level of spending regardless of my bank balance npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell Just came across a news site that put up the “please disable your adblocker” dialog but only over a video. The text was completely visible. I see this as a big win. npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell @npub1su4…a0dw What if all these leagues followed the lead of MLS and gave fans a single option to see all the content? Imagine if a league like the NHL didn't require 4-5 different paid services in order to attempt to watch all the games. I suspect the market for illegal content would shrink considerably. npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell @npub1c5c…644a good luck. Just had my trip partner cancel a 3 day canoe trip due to rain. Reassessing my options right now so I feel this npub1la39p5y6h20qu2lvxyx0muleltvj9ja77jm377sextzsh2m3su8shva4ls Patrick McConnell @npub1c5c…644a I can afford it and I would only get it if I needed to develop for it. I would love to try it but I don’t need to own it. I expect this to change over the next few years but right now it feels like a fancy way to watch AppleTV
