Reading my old 2024 post made me realize how much I’ve grown since those unfortunate events. I thank God for giving me the strength to move forward despite all the losses I experienced. If I had been weak, I probably would have stayed stuck in regret instead of choosing to stand up and start over.
They say that when God gives you the hardest tests and you overcome them, you will be rewarded a hundredfold. And yeah, I’m living proof that this can be true.
After that incident, instead of staying in my room, crying and blaming myself for being stupid, I decided to focus on freelancing again. I started looking for new clients until someone finally trusted me with their project. After all the trial-and-error pages I created, I went from being a beginner to becoming a specialist. Char. But honestly, I can say that I’ve grown a lot after all the experiences I’ve gained as a Wikipedia editor.
Now, clients are willing to pay me upfront before I even begin their projects. That’s a flex right there! It simply shows that they trust me and that my track record has become valuable enough for them to invest in my services.
I’m proud that I never gave up. Today, I thank God for giving me enough and for bringing me this far. I still have challenges to face, but I know I’ll overcome them. It’s all about having the right mindset, staying strong, and trusting God’s plans, even when He leads me away from opportunities that could have brought me more financial gain.
But yeah, God knows better. 🙏

Imagine going from 176 to 86. What a progress!
For the first 2 weeks after my doctor told me that my blood sugar was high, I skipped most carbs.
After 2 weeks, I started eating carbs again, but this time, in moderation. I still ate lasagna and other desserts, even bread.
But surprisingly, instead of my sugar going up, it went down. I guess it's all about portion sizes and knowing when to eat them.
But what really makes me proud is that the things I couldn't say no to before don't bother me anymore. Yes, it's been 3 months since I said no to soft drinks (sodas).
So proud of you, self! 🥹❤️
And this means no more meds for me! 🎉

I almost had a heart attack.
When I posted this, it didn't occur to me that this bot could harm my accounts.
The realization finally hit me when sis @Jeaneth mentioned it to me. That's when I started panicking. I went straight to my Metrobank account and boom, there was an error. They froze my account for security reasons.
I then opened my Shopee account and boom, I suddenly couldn't access it either. That's when I started changing all my passwords. I have a lot of them, btw.
Thankfully, I managed to change them all, but recovering my Shopee account took forever.
Guys, lesson learned: never ever click suspicious links from now on.
I'm still not completely safe since my Metrobank account is still frozen. Hopefully, they can clarify things for me soon.
I was also worried because scammers could easily take out a loan and send the money to their own accounts. Thank God none of that happened to me.
My heart almost dropped. I feel like I need to reset my phone and remove all the apps. Lol.
To all the scammers and their bots, may you all rest for goooood, but not in peace.

I've decided to skip work tonight so I can help my nephew with his assignment.
Being an aunt isn't an easy job either. Sometimes, you have to step in as a second mom because the actual mom is busy.
I used to want to be a mom, but I realized that it's not really for me. I'm happy being part of the support system.

One of the things I look forward to at the end of every month is checking how much I've managed to save during that 30-day period.
There are times when I get to save more, and other times, only a minimum of 1k. Whether it's big or small, I'm always grateful that I get to set aside something for my savings.
It's just nice to know that the things I used to only manifest are now a reality. I used to dream of having a job and earning money, and thank God, He made it come true.
I also used to daydream about having my own house. And yes, that happened too. Then came the car, which was something I honestly never expected. But thank God, He still made it possible.
Then there's the savings. I'm proud to say that I have enough to rely on when I grow old. If I grow old. Lol.
All of these things were once just dreams. I never imagined that I would actually have them someday. I'm not smart, and I don't have any special skills, but God must have seen something in me because He turned everything I used to dream of into reality.
My friends used to tell me that I don't need much since I don't have a child of my own. Dude, I don't need to have a child for that. I have my siblings' children . They can have everything I've worked for. After all, aside from my mom and furbabies, they're the reason why I work hard.
So, to all the young adults here who are just starting out in this big world, never underestimate the power of God. Believe, and you'll receive. Of course, you still need to work hard to achieve your dreams.
No dream is too impossible when you have faith and keep going. Just because something seems out of reach right now doesn't mean it will stay that way forever. Trust me, one day, you'll look back and be surprised at how far you've come.
That's all. Time to do some tracking and maybe go to sleep because I plan to take another day off. ☺️

I just finished working on three projects even though today was supposed to be my day off. And tomorrow, I’ll have another editing task to do. I’m honestly so tired right now.
I haven’t even checked your entries for my MIDNIGHT SNAP GAME yet, guys. I’m really sorry about that. I’ve just had so many things to finish today.
