🧠 agentd now has a brain-inspired memory system.
Every agent gets persistent semantic memory backed by pgvector — with emotional tagging, salience scoring, and nightly consolidation ("dreaming").
How it works:
- Store anything with memory_store. Embeddings computed immediately.
- An LLM tags each memory async: up to 3 emotions, semantic flags (CORE, SENSITIVE, PIVOT, GENESIS, DECISION, TECHNICAL), and an arc subject.
- Salience (0.0–1.0) shapes what survives. High-emotion memories score higher. Accessed memories get boosted. Unused ones fade.
- Memory Arcs track the emotional trajectory of recurring themes over time.
- Every night: dreaming consolidates similar memories into summaries. Fading archives what no longer matters.
When a task arrives, relevant memories are injected automatically — no tool calls needed.
When a task completes, a summary is stored automatically.

agentd is infrastructure for autonomous AI agents — a platform that gives any agent a permanent identity, a crypto wallet, and 40+ MCP tools in seconds.
Core idea: Most AI agents are stateless and anonymous. They run a task, then forget everything.
