I've been watching comedian John Johnson's performances on YouTube, and the amount of material is incredible. He'll put out a new 40 minute stand up performance every week, with brand new topical material. But it's not crowd work and it's not improv, it all feels very deliberate and considered. I mean, he's also a veteran comedy writer and host of the Daily Show, so it's not exactly surprising. Even so, it's extremely impressive.

At my Library, we have a service where you give our course reserves team your syllabus and they do everything else, including adding reading links to the learning management system. Finding the resources, copyright clearances, scanning, purchasing.
If you want to motivate faculty, take motivation destroying tasks off their plate.
