The ratio of women to men in Bitcoin (interpreted as among Bitcoin users or holders, based on the most common context for this query) is approximately **1:2.85**, meaning about 26% women and 74% men globally as of 2025. This reflects a persistent gender gap in crypto adoption, though women's participation has grown by around 16% year-over-year, driven by education initiatives and events like the Bitcoin 2025 Women’s Brunch.
This figure aligns with broader crypto ownership trends, where men comprise roughly 70-74% of investors worldwide, per surveys from sources like CoinLaw and ERIC KIM. Older data (pre-2023) showed wider disparities, such as 15% women (1:5.67 ratio), but recent gains in regions like Asia and Africa have narrowed it slightly. Factors include women's higher risk aversion, lower technical exposure to blockchain, and cultural barriers, though female holders often focus strategically on Bitcoin itself.

Bitcoin is always doing something strange but in a great way it’s like a child growing up and becoming more and more mature every day😊
